I live in the independent living community of Vintage at Tacoma. It's an apartment complex for seniors 55 and older. It has a washer and dryer in each unit. They have smaller 2-bedroom units, maybe 800 square feet. They're nice with good maintenance and good management. It's also smoke-free. They have a social room, a beauty shop, a pool room, a computer room, a library, a weight room, and a workout room. They also have on-site management.
