It seemed to me that Rosewood Courte Memory Care was well-run, and the staff I met looked like they were satisfied with their jobs. The people were very pleasant. The rooms were fine, and you could bring in your own furniture. It was very homey. They had a lot of old things that the residents could be familiarized with, but the cost was too high.

Rosewood Courte is for an Alzheimer's patient who is that high level of an Alzheimer's patient; it is a very adequate facility with appropriate enclosed space and interesting activities for someone who has pretty serious Alzheimer's. This is for more serious Alzheimer's patients, and it is affordable. I liked how they had access to the outside, so people could walk around, and inside they have locations that are of interest to patients who are struggling with this disease. This is specifically for people with Alzheimer's, so it isn't for just anyone.

I spent 2 years taking care of a resident at this facility as a personal caregiver hired by family. It is a well run facility. Staff was capable and helpful. but were unsteady with end of life training They had a wonderful activities program for the residents. Families were treated with respect. The meals were hit and miss though. I felt that at meal time the dining area was chaotic. Not enough one on one help with clients and the dining room was too small for the amount of people having meals. Kind of a big turnover with staff. The employees who were there for a extended period of time were the true backbone of the facility.Lot of head nurse turne over .It is a clean facility..The residents are kept well groomed and bathed. I seldom saw a soiled resident. The residents that had become dangerous to others were removed and sent to Geriatic mental health hospitals for medication reviews and always came back stabilized.. This facility is a work in progress but seems to be moving forward in a positive directon.

Rosewood Courte is a phenomenal facility. The decision to move your loved one out of their home and into a facility is a very difficult decision. Rosewood made the transition for my dad and my family easy and we instantly felt right at home. Rosewood is strictly a memory care facility so they truly understand the disease my dad has and know the right activities for him and what he is able to do. From the activity people to the nursing staff, to the front desk, to the aides, to the cooks, to the cleaning crew I would trust any of them with my dad. I have never seen a member of the staff walk by him without saying hi to him or any of the residents and they are quick to help anyone in need. They treat each resident with dignity and respect. Everyone at Rosewood has become part of our family. I highly recommend Rosewood; it is a truly special place.

My father was a resident of Rosewood Courte and I found it to be perfect for him. He was on hospice for quite some time but regardless the caring staff made sure he was able to enjoy his time as much as he could. The marketer and nurses went to great lengths to assure me that he would be well taken care of and every time I stopped by I could see the proof. He was always clean, always well fed, and I was very happy with the care. My only problem was that the parking lot was a little difficult to get to but the trek was worth it. I would recommend this place.

Upon initially moving my grandfather into this facility, I believed it to be a relaxing and peaceful environment, fit for him and the other residents suffering from dementia. However, during visits I had found this facility to be unorganized and uncomforting. Residents would be wearing clothes that belonged to other residents (and when I confronted employees about this, they all seemed to nonchalantly say that it happened all the time), and items would go missing from my grandfather's room constantly. Employees didn't seem to desire comforting the residents and weren't helpful when asked simple questions. I would not recommend this facility.
