"My visit at Aegis of Lynnwood was pretty good; I was satisfied with it. The people that I met, I got good answers from, and I felt okay about that. The rooms were roomy and comfortable looking. There was a little get-together, and I also stepped into the movie theater while they were watching a movie. The woman that I talked to spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions and giving me a lot of information, so that was also very important. "

"The people here at Scriber Gardens are nice. I like all of them. They are wonderful. They have a gym here for whatever needs you have, as far as working out, and then they have all kinds of games, such as bingo and crosswords. The food is good, and the chef does all kinds of things, trying to get people to like his food, but it's just not necessarily my style. I'm more of a home-cooking type of person, and he doesn't necessarily do those kinds of foods. It's just his style. There's nothing wrong with it. The refrigerators are terrible. They could get new ones. They don't have anything for cooking at all. They only have a microwave. They should have at least some cooking areas. I have a dog and so wherever I went, my dog had to be comfortable, too. What I found here is I have a room with a door that goes outside so I can take my dog directly outside. I don't have to go down the hall to get him to do his business. That was the reason why I'm here."

"It was very nice. Everybody was great. The information shared was very helpful. We took a tour of the new part of the facility that people hadn't moved in to yet. That was the only part we were able to see because of COVID. The apartments were great. It's not a house, so it's smaller. The dining area looked great, but we weren't able to get in there for dinner or anything. The staff was very patient and very informative. It was brand new and had never been lived in, so you're not gonna get any cleaner than that."

"Edmonds Landing is a coastal community and it's friendly. They have adequate but small kitchens and the staff was really helpful. The people there were having lunch and that's what we saw. Their dining area is adequate, they have a chef and take some pride in it. They have a patio and courtyard but they're pretty limited in size. It's very urban, very city oriented, so it's not spacious, but comfortable."

"Mountlake Terrace Plaza has a very receptive, warm, and pleasant staff. Everyone there, from the director to the head of nursing, from marketing to CNAs to the dining staff, all of them have been great, and I've been really happy with them. It's a very pleasant and homey environment. It's not too big, and the food is very good. They do happy hour every Thursday for the residents and their family members, and they usually serve hors d'oeuvres and wine and live music. I've attended twice already, and the residents seem to enjoy it as much as I did. They also have movies, arts, physical therapy, and coffee hour with pastries. Mom is doing so much better and eating so much better. She loves her very nice apartment. It's been a very positive experience for all of us."

"If i could give Sunrise of Edmonds a 10 star i would! It is amazing how just the little amount of customer service goes such a long way! I am so impressed by the services, the attentiveness, and simply the friendliness of this place! My mother has lived here for a few months now and I can not say enough how grateful i am and how happy she is to be living at Sunrise! so happy! "

"Grat Place!! I looked all over the place and finally found a home for my parents. The rooms are warm and sunny and the food was amazing!!"

"I went to Laurel Cove Community. The people were very friendly and they seemed to be very busy. The staff was very nice. The young woman was sitting at the desk immediately came up and said, "Hi, can I help you?" Everywhere we went it was nice and you felt very comfortable. I liked the room there. On the outside, it doesn't look like much, but when you walk in, it's a completely different feeling. The menus look good. They showed us the menus, and we were there each time at almost lunchtime. Their residents seemed to go to lunch between 11:00 and 1:00. The food smelled fantastic, but we didn't eat any of it."

"Staff are wonderful and make you feel at home and cared for. There are always activities planned and have a large turn out of residents at each activity. Food is good and the place is odor free and clean. It would be nice if they would redecorate the interior, as it does not do Riverside East justice. It's a little out dated and as I look back, was almost why we didnt choose to move here, but happy we did!"

"When I took my mother to look at Grandview Village in Marysville, I had already look at a few other places. I really liked Grandview Village, it was small so she would get lost in a crowd. We looked at a couple of studio apts. and chose the layout we liked best. I decorated it so it didn't look like a bedroom in the living room area in a cottage theme. Since then her apt. has become one of the show apts. The staff is great, I can't say enough about them. My mother has had some challenging issues with her health and they have all been so good in helping us with them. I don't think I would have gotten through some of them without their help and support. Before Covid-19 activities, Teresa the director had activities every day and would take them shopping. I would come in once a month to do a crafting activity for whoever wants to come. They also had music on Saturday and the staff would join in on the dancing. There is always something going on for holidays even now with the Covid. The staff would dress up in a theme and parade through the halls. It is truly a fun place. If you are looking for a good caring assisted living facility Grandview Village in Marysville is the place to start. I give them an A++++."

"We had the occasion to put my Mother in law in the care of Ashley point last June due to health reasons. She was in need of more care than my sister in law and us could give her. Nancy was very skeptical and unsure of what she was heading into, a nursing home to be forgotten about and not happy. After living in Ashley point for a while she has become part of the community and is enjoying herself, with many functions that she was not afforded at her previous place and many people to talk to during the day. Not a nursing home but a place to live. She still is a little melancholy for her old home with a daughter, one of her grandsons his wife and two great grandsons but with a staff like Ashley point they have made her feel very welcome. Ashley point is much more set up to take care of Nancy's special medical needs, along with a proper diet from a very clean dining room. Thank you Ashley point and all the staff for all your help. We are looking forward to the continued service. "

"My mom lived for over a year and a half at Aegis Living Lodge. The community is exceptional. It's well run. The staff is very good. The people who were running it got to know my mom very well. They had some awareness of her behavior and took steps to mitigate that. The facility itself was very clean. There are good sized rooms and a good size community space with lots of social activities when they're allowed. Unfortunately, my mom happened to be staying there during the years of COVID lockdowns, and so she did not get a chance to participate in much. They have the kitchen, the dining area, and the common game room. They have a bus that will transport residents to various activities. Because of the COVID lockdowns, they arranged for an outdoor meeting location that was COVID safe, so they adjusted well to the environment in that respect when people were allowed to visit. However, it's twice as expensive as in Florida."
