"My uncle has moved into Mill Ridge Village. The location and the staff are what made us choose this community. The staff members are super helpful, caring, and accommodating. My uncle's apartment is a small studio with lots of storage. The place is super clean. They have a nice courtyard, which is secured. There's a lot of activities. They have a game room and a movie-TV room. So far, so good."

"I'm seriously considering Brookdale Courtyard Puyallup. Everyone there was very accommodating and very friendly. The facility is extremely nice, so I was impressed with that, and that's probably why I am more interested. They are a little bit more expensive, and I'm sure it's because of their location. They have different floor plans. Mike, the gentleman that I spoke with, did a very good job in explaining the care, and the fact that they don't have, I guess it would be called contract care workers coming in, that very much impressed me. He was extremely helpful."

"We toured Aspire-care looking for an adult home for my husband's father. The home was immaculate inside and out. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We knew as soon as we met Grace Thud and toured the facility that this would be the place for our father/husband. She is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable for caring for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients. My husband, his mom and I all feel fortunate to have had him in her care. We highly recommend any location that Grace has."

"We went to GenCare LifeStyle at Point Ruston. It was beautiful. My mom and I had a great lunch there. We loved it. However, my mom would not be able to afford it. Also, it is not like a place that will help you go on to Medicaid. That's not part of their program. We went to see the whole place and see what it was like. The staff showed us everything. The whole system looks like it's an amazing place for people who can still enjoy a bit of life while they're older. The staff seemed sincerely happy to work there. There were lots of smiles. It seemed like they have the best of the best in their staff. They were all just very positive, very friendly, and professional. We saw a couple of rooms, and those rooms were very nice. The whole lobby area was filled with people who were having a nice time and nice conversations. It looked very lively."

"We toured Brookdale Foundation House, which was very well-maintained, nice, and clean. The experience was wonderful. The staff member who gave the tour, Roxanne, and her experience with us was first class. The rooms were very nice. We have seen the dining area, and it was nice, clean, well-kept, and had lots of scheduled activities."

"It was wonderful, and I will rate everything in there a five. I haven't tried the food, but I looked at what was being served and things; it's more homestyle. It was nice, like something that you would have at home. They did offer a couple of different selections, which was nice too. For my dad, home-style cooking would be much more to his psyche. It's all on one level, so there are no elevators or anything like that, which was wonderful. It's like a big circle, so you can go in any one direction, but you always end up back at the same place. They had a nice big courtyard. They offer assisted living through the end of life."

"Brookdale Federal Way was a wonderful facility. I thought it was excellent. My wife immediately took to all the people there. They were nice to her. The people that were of her age were very nice to her when we went into the facility. She wanted to stay, and she didn't want to go. I was very impressed. They showed me a room and it was very nice. The rooms were nice. They had a refrigerator and a microwave. And I think we could bring in a TV if we wanted something. But the rooms were fine. They were plenty big enough. They weren't really small at all. They were excellent. They had programs for them wherein you're not just stuck in your room all the time. The staff who took me around was good. She was very intelligent and very understanding. As for the food, it looked like they had a good choice from the menu they showed me. It was clean and I smelled nothing. "
