THE MUSE HAS A NICE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR. PARKING IS A HUGE PROBLEM AND IT IS ONLY GETTING WORSE! IF YOU ARE NOT HOME BY 4:30-5 YOU MIGHT NOT GET A PARKING SPACE! THEY HAVE PROMISED SINCE LAST YEAR TO ADD MORE SPACES BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. AS MUCH MONEY AS I AM PAYING TO LIVE HERE, WE SHOULD HAVE ASSIGNED SPACES. ACTIVE SENIORS ARE LIMITED AS TO EVENING ACTIVITIES AND HAVING FAMILY VISIT. IF THEY CAN'T GET HERE AND LEAVE BY 6 THEIR CARS WILL BE TOWED!

I visited this facility

The Muse At Town Center was nice, it was a little more expensive than the others I've seen. The people that we've met were very nice and very helpful. It was clean and the apartments were nice. It was a good community. They had activities, they also do trips to Wal-Mart and they would go out to eat every so often. They had a game room and they had exercise equipment.

I have only lived her a little over two months. I regret very much moving here. It is not a luxury 5 star complex as they claim. The pipes have broken at least three times since I moved in. I was lucky that I sustained minimum damage. I have been without baseboards in my kitchen and partially in my dining room for about a month. I have had a big hole in my kitchen ceiling that long, also. Although now gone, I had 2 huge fans blowing in my kitchen for 3 weeks. The noise was awful. The apartment 2 doors down had a ceiling fall down on the resident. Washing machines or dryers are often not working. I live in a small renovated 2 bedroom and I pay $1300, not the advertised price. Parking is a major problem. If I was a caregiver and the individual uses a wheelchair or walker, I would be concerned if they lived on 2nd or 3rd floor. If the elevator is not useable how are they going to get out? It is usually the broken pipes that set off fire alarm. I can not afford to move out or I would be gone by now.

I visited this facility

Silver Hill was pretty good but they allow small pets. One of the things that did not meet my satisfaction was that you have to do the laundry in the laundry room and I definitely prefer washer and dryer included in my apartment. It's clean, there was no odor and it's nice and fresh and smelled good.

I chose to stay at Silver Hill Apartments at Town Center because of the atmosphere and the people. I liked the two girls who made you feel totally welcome. The staff were good and if I needed help, they gave it to me. I had a small apartment but it was all I needed. It had one bedroom and one bathroom, and it was clean. I did not need anything else. There were activities if you wanted to indulge in like bingo, tv nights, and card games, etc. Also, volunteers came to check blood pressures. It would be nice if there were more parking spaces. I would recommend this place.
