Everything was really good. I enjoyed the tour. The staff was really nice. They were very helpful. They answered all my questions. The facility was really good. However, for the residents who are on the third level, there is no elevator access. From the second floor to the first floor, there is an elevator, but on the third floor, they need to go down the stairs to the second floor. They were having lunch, and so they gave me a list of all the food that they had available. The facility was very clean.

It was very nice, but it was not something that was going to meet my mother's needs. She was probably not going to be able to socialize in the environment as well. Since COVID, so many of the elderly have just become little recluses and stayed in their rooms and their homes and everything. The layout was not going to meet her individual needs. The staff was very accommodating and thorough with the information and everything. They showed a studio and a one-bedroom apartment, and I felt that the studio was much too small because she was coming out of a home environment with a lot of space. They did show me the common area. The facility was fine. It just didn't meet our requirements. The staff was very knowledgeable.

We toured. It was nice and clean and new-looking. The person who helped us there was very congenial, and I have nothing bad to say about it. It was just a wonderful experience. I always thought that if I ever had problems, I'd want to live here.

I liked it, but what I didn't like was the size. It was three stories. One of the things that stood out to me was that if there was a fire, my dad would have to independently get himself out of his room. Understandably, when you have a facility that big, you don't have enough people to get every resident out, so it was no fault of their own, but that made me a little nervous. But the facility itself was nice, and I loved the fact that they had a little post office area because my dad loves to get his mail. That's just a big thing for him. I was impressed with that. The gentleman who took me around was very pleasant. They had everything. They had a media room, a little workout room, a library, and a laundry room. One of the things, too, that I liked about the facility was that each of the residents could decorate their little porch. It made it more homey.

It was clean and it smelled good. The staff was really nice and the people we met in the hallways were nice also. The dining area was clean, and the people that were sitting in there said that they didn't need to go at a particular meal time. There was one group that was having a Bible study, and there was another group that was playing cards. I looked at a studio room and it seemed fine for one person. It was not too small.

We looked here. They have a bus service to some of the different places, like stores. The rooms looked good. They told me they had their own appliances. I saw a refrigerator there. You can wash your clothes there. The staff touched on a lot of points, and I was happy with him. I saw the food and I thought it looked pretty good. The facility seemed pretty good to me all the way around. They have a big outside area with lighting, so they can go out there in the evening. They've got seating out there, so it's very good.

Everything was nice. I don't know how to explain it, but there's something about it I didn't care for. I didn't meet anybody other than the lady who showed me over. It was just kind of like, "Well, here is this, here's where they are." The rooms were nice. You had to get your furniture. That is not a big problem at all. The rooms are huge, but they're not in them except to sleep. The dining area was nice. Everything was like a big square. You had to walk down this hall, then you went to another hall, and you came back down, and you had to go back across. It seemed more like a hospital. Their grounds were very nice, there's this big outdoor place and everything. They were finishing up lunch by the time I got over there. The staff who gave me the tour was wonderful.

It was awesome. We like that place. They had a specialty for dementia. We really enjoyed that one. That was probably one of my favorite ones. They showed us everything. My father could be in assisted living until his dementia got worse. They had a beautiful courtyard. We got to see the dining area where they would eat and the rooms. So that was nice, and everybody was friendly. They had a nice courtyard. They had a refrigerator and a microwave in the unit.

It was OK. The people were very friendly and courteous. Some of the residents were also very friendly. The apartments were very spacious and very easy for us to walk through. We have a service animal and they were very nice to her. They gave us a to-go meal and it was great. They have bingo games, a walking trail, Loteria, and arts and crafts. I could get an audio book for the visually impaired in their library, too.

I liked the activities they had for their residents. They had live entertainment one night a week and the rooms were nice. They were spacious enough to where you don't feel claustrophobic. It had a microwave and you could bring a coffee pot and other things if you want. They have a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and an oven, too. They will take the resident down to the dining room for every meal and they're allowed to keep whatever snacks they'd like. My husband loves ice cream, so he would have that in the refrigerator where he could keep his ice cream bars handy. That was really nice. The person who toured me around was friendly, very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I got a real good feeling about the staff's competence, their knowledge of the facility, and explaining everything that they could do and couldn't. They also had nice gardens for the people to go outdoors when the weather's permitted.

The staff greeted us right away, and they were so kind. They took us all throughout and gave us explanations for everything. They have three levels, the first floor is best for people like my mother where they get more care. The dining facility was beautiful and people seemed very happy there. In the courtyard, everything was just spectacular. I was very, very impressed with the facility and Lauren and Brooke. Everyone has been vaccinated including the staff, the patients, or clients, they wear masks, and they're always cleaning.

We went here and saw their assisted living. I would say it's very good. We went into an office setting where they provided us with information like the cost and all that. Then we went on a tour. They had one or two rooms that were available. We were able to tour two of them. Then we went back to the office setting and discussed a little more. They allowed us and gave us time to think about all this. I really appreciate all that. Their service was very good. There were 2 different rooms that they showed us. One was like a studio and the other one was like a little apartment kind of setting. They both looked good and clean. With the openings that they had, I think it would have served my cousin very well. The staff was very nice. In fact, we walked out with some goodies from the cafeteria. I believe she was a supervisor, and she came out and gave us some goodies (homemade cookies). It was really nice, It was like a cherry-on-top kind of thing. Part of the paperwork discussed in the office was the activities. They presented us with the activities for the month. They also provided us with more or less a scale of the entire building. Through the tour, they showed us everything that is being provided as a service to each person that lives there. They showed us the outside area, where people can garden. They could also just sit out there in the sun. The outdoor scene was really nice. We were told that sometimes they get together for different little events that they have. They celebrate whatever occasion comes up, and there's a lot of personal services that they also provide. They have 24-hour care, laundry service, and all that stuff. It was really nice. If we could afford it, we would probably place my cousin there. We were told that they have special menus for special people that may have something going on within themselves. My cousin seemed to like the menu that was posted up there when we were going to tour the cafeteria. Everything is home-cooked, so it was really nice.

We had a really good visit. The staff person was very good and very helpful. They were our second choice. The rooms were small, but the dining facility and everything else seemed very nice. They had good game rooms, craft rooms, fireplaces, and a nice courtyard area. There weren’t a lot of people, though. For a facility that has been around for awhile, we were kind of concerned why we did not see a lot of people around in the common areas.

It was very nice. I liked the floor plan better because they had their own room. It was small connected by a bathroom. I would've personally preferred that. The staff seemed very accommodating. They had a big nice dining area. I would recommend it.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very professional. The interaction among the residents and the staff was top-notch. I did like their transportation, which easily flowed. The guests had activities to go to, and if they had medical appointments, transportation went smoothly. I didn't see anybody sitting around twiddling their fingers because things weren't going according to their schedule. The residents were taken care of well and considered so that they would feel at home.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

Some of the places we visited, we saw no one around, but here, when we walked in, we saw the residents out in programs like in the music room, in the dining room, or walking down the hall. There is just a warmer feeling to it. We are happy with it. We would recommend them to others. My mother-in-law has been there now for a couple of weeks, and we're really pleased with it with their programs. The people that take care of her, we're happy with them too. So, yes, we'll recommend them. We did try the food, and it was very good. They have a board there that has some menu on it every single day. Because my mother-in-law doesn't eat very well, I have asked them to give her Ensure, and they are giving her three a day.

I saw the community, and the people I met were nice. The place itself was nice, but my parents wanted separate bedrooms. They would have separate rooms there, but my mom wouldn't be able to go in her room and shut her door. The apartment was nice with laminate floors and separate areas like three big rooms, and it was decent-sized. The staff was very friendly and informative and was asking about our interests. They showed us some rooms where they'll have use of the courtyard, or they might get a birdfeeder.

It is a nice place. I had an interaction with the sales person, and she was very helpful and friendly as well. The rooms were very nice, bright, and cheery. It’s very clean as well. We walked through their dining room, and it seemed nice. They do have games, and I think they also have movie nights.
