RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Trash always overflows for days . Pool is always dirty , the grill never has gas . The dog trash cans are always overflowing , there’s never poop bags available. No Amazon locker , Amazon UPS FedEx can NEVER get inside because they come after the office is closed and they have NO ACCESS to the buildings . They end up leaving the packages outside or thrown them in building 1 which the door has been broken for years . You want to order some pizza from the comfort of your own apartment? Well guess what ?! YOU are going to have to go downstairs to get your food because THERES NO WAY IN. The dog park is disgusting and not kept up with . The hallways are dirty , the carpet is filthy , the elevators are filthy . If you’re late on your rent you will get an eviction notice on your door WITHIN DAYS but if you call for maintenance you will wait for DAYS ! You have an emergency at night ? GOOD LUCK because no one will answer the phone. Staff at the office HATE THEIR JOBS and are the RUDEST people I’ve ever encountered. Rude to ELDERLY people ! The SMELL OF WEED and CIGARETTES are EVERYWHERE . This is NOT A 55+ community , there’s babies , teenagers , strange people , sex offenders , section 8 .. you name it we got it .

I'm in Legacy Ranch at Dessau East. I chose this place for its location. It's a nice place, but the management isn't what I expected. The staff are not connected to the people or their needs. When we need something done, it's a big fight. They need the people to be efficient in keeping up the building and doing what they need to do. With regard to activities, they don't have a good plan. They have nothing for activities. They have a swimming pool. However, they don't seem to interact or care about the people. They have a small gym, and they have a salon but there's nobody in there because there's a lack of participation. As for the value for money, they're supposed to do this according to your income. I qualified for one price, but I had to pay the bigger price. The location is nice and it's good for me. The apartment itself is good.

We found a place for my brother, and he moved into Legacy Ranch at Dessau East Senior Apartments. I like their new apartments. They were just built. I think they are a 55 and over apartment, and that's all you have to be to move in. They just opened up the second building, and they've got a third building that they haven't opened up yet. It's really clean and really quiet. It's real safe because you need a keypad to get in to where they are, and then they have a key to get into their apartment. Each unit has their own community room. They just opened up, so they don't have a salon there. They have an Olympic pool, and they have a gym. They have a dog park because they are pet-friendly, and it's really nice. They don't have nobody at the desk yet because they're moving everybody in. If you have a grand kid that will be staying with you, they allow that too.
