It was beautiful. The staff was very knowledgeable. They gave me a lot of different avenues to try to get my mom taken care of and get someone out to assess her. They're still checking on me because my mom is in an inpatient rehab facility, so they're just waiting. It's a large community and they had lots of activities to keep them busy like exercises and stuff. It's amazing.

It was a quick, first-glance tour. Everything was more than expected. Very clean, very nicely remodeled. The staff was very helpful, she took me in at a moment's notice, I don't have a scheduled appointment at that time. She was very accommodating, took me in right away, showed me around, and showed me a room, and a floor plan. I did not sample the food. It was lunchtime when I got there. So a lot of folks were eating. The food looked very, very appealing, very appetizing. It seemed like everyone was enjoying their meal.

My wife and I went here first, and then my wife and my mom went down later. We toured everything and met some people. We're shown the room mom would probably be in. It was a single room with a little kitchenette and a bathroom. We were also shown the dining room, the assembly rooms, and the library. We also went outside and saw the veranda and the little walking area they have back there. We spoke to Debbie primarily, and we talk to one nurse and a couple of residents. Debbie is very good. They have games, they go to Wal-Mart every once in a while, as a group, and they cook things together.

I toured with Debbie A. It was very nice and they explained to me what I would have to do. They took me up to the rooms and showed me several rooms that looked very nice. I think I got a better idea of what a one-bedroom apartment looks like. I saw two rooms, and they were really identical except one was on the eastern side and the other one was on the western. They have limited activities, but they try to at least get them out to walk around so they're not just in their rooms. It was very quiet when I went. There were just workers there and I didn't see any other person. I asked about a bridge club and they have that, but I don't think that they're playing at this time. I saw an exercise room, and they also have a spa room where you can get into the like whirlpool thing; they help you climb into that. I saw the dining room which looked nice, and the tables were spread out, but there was nobody in there. They were very nice and I appreciated everything they did. I also talked to Debbie earlier. She was very nice and explained things to me. When I went in they took me to a back stairway door and we went upstairs from there, so I saw very little of the inside, except for the apartments. I could look down the hall a little and I saw where the dining room was. The sitting area that we walked through was very nice with plenty of light. I also did a virtual tour with them and they showed me during that time that they had handrails available for the residents.

It is a very nice facility, the rooms were very small, but it's a large community. They did not believe that my mother was active enough for them. It was the closest facility to my home, I liked the people, and they were very nice. They had a library, and they had the same range of activities that everyone had. We had a meal, it was good, they served throughout the day, anytime you want, and in the dining room which was very good. Also it was a bigger facility, and she did not like that. But the people we met were very happy to be there, and we're outgoing, and active.

We really liked it. It was lovely, and I think I would enjoy living there. They also have meals; you go to the main building for the meals. The place was very nice, and it was like a community. I saw one lady trimming her bushes. They also have a library. They have activities there. In fact, I was invited to a lecture that they were having. We also looked at their cottages.

It was very wonderful. It was very open and friendly, and they're receptive to people asking questions even though they're not ready to live there yet. They provided a plethora of information that I needed regarding the age limitations, and what kind of financial numbers I'm looking at for the independent living. They showed me a cottage, which is a really wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a garage house. It's awesome because you can live there independently but you're also able to participate in all of the activities and things that they do in the main facility. You can also have your meals over there. When it's time to give up the independent living and move to the assisted living portion, you can do that too. It's wonderful to have the other levels available, so you don't have to go to a whole brand-new facility. The staff was fabulous. The main person I worked with, Debbie, stays in contact with me and checks in to see how I'm doing. She even invited me to go to some of their events even though I don't live there yet. She wants me to stop by anytime I'm in the neighborhood, which I will do.

My parents had looked here. It was just too big, and they didn’t feel comfortable there. Everything was nice there. The apartments were nice. The people were friendly. At the time that we were there, they were having a prayer meeting, and they were playing cards or dominoes. There is a lot of people coming and going, so it was more active than my parents. We checked the dining area. It was nice where they had a menu and you could order off the menu.

It was very nice. I wandered around and talked to the residents and chef, and they were really encouraging me to move in. They have a bus to take you to the doctor, shopping, and church. The common dining area was very nice. The rooms were very nice, and the staff was fantastic.

It was very nice. The people were friendly. The staff took us around. The room was a little bit smaller. They had a program going on and people were singing.

It was a nice place, and it was clean. I was impressed with it. They had a lot of more activities planned because their people were a little more independent. They had a bus too.

I moved my mom here. I chose this because of the proximity of the location. Everybody that I have dealt with that works there is wonderful and took care of my mom very well. My mom says she likes the food, and she is very happy there.

It was a really nice facility. The rooms were very nice with lots of windows, very handy to everything. It had washers and driers right next door. The food was absolutely excellent and served all day. They had nurses who were on-call 24-hours a day. They had people there to do your therapy. They had exercise. There was a lot of good things there.

This was kind of a combination of independent living and assisted living. It was not maneuverable for somebody that has difficulty getting around. There were elevators to contend with and the rooms were much smaller than the other places. It would not have worked for our needs. The people working there were very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. If they could place the assisted living residents near the dining hall, that would be a much easier arrangement.

When we visited, my dad liked it because it was an open facility. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The rooms were very clean.
