Evergreen at Lewisville

We toured Evergreen at Lewisville. They were the most affordable of all the ones I've looked at. I left my name on their waiting list. I was pleased with them. They had an elevator, which is great because I would have to be on the ground floor if there wasn't one. It's the first one I saw that had an elevator. Since they were full, I didn't go and see an apartment. I toured their facility. I did see pictures of the apartments and everything was fine. The only thing I didn't like was they did not have individual patios on their apartments, but they had lots of areas outside to sit. They even had a lot of rocking chairs. The staff was very friendly and very nice. What I did see was very clean. On the outside, there were just windows to the apartments, so there were no patios, but when you go in through the front lobby, you can go into the courtyard, which is surrounded by the apartments and it was very nice. It had shade trees, picnic tables, and rocking chairs. It was just really nice. They had a garden in the back for the seniors who like to garden. If you can't garden, they will do it for you. It was a good location. It was right next to a grocery store. It was very friendly. Tenants were sitting everywhere playing cards or whatever in different areas. The dining area was good. It wasn't a fancy facility, but it was very comfortable and very clean.

I looked at Evergreen at Lewisville, and it was extremely nice. It was a beautiful property with beautiful management, but it just had an extremely long waiting list. The people were friendly. It was bright, extremely clean, and well-kept. The management and the residents were all wonderful.
