We've LOVED this place and its staff ever since we moved in here 3 years ago. But then the rent exceeded $1000, with the last hunderd dollar rate hike being unacceptable on a fixed income. Then came the winter storm of February 2021. We went 36 hours without electric the 1st time it went out. That meant no elevator, in a complex full of 70, 80 and 90 year old people. You would think that a crew, like the lawn crew we have, would be out here immediately to shovel and de-ice the steps of the stairs we're now forced to take. And the sidewalks as well. But no!! I'm sorry to say Annete and Burt, that you dropped the ball big time. I hope no one falls down the still icy steps on night #2, in pitch black hallways. Where the heck are the back up lights?

I just moved in at Villas on Calloway Creek. The facility is well kept and looks brand new even if it's not. The people are extremely friendly. I love it! It's a well run facility and I can't find anything negative to say about it.

I am a current resident of The Villas and it is a really nice place to live. The complex itself is nice and clean. The grounds are well and everything is doing good at this time. We had an exercise room. We have activities and luncheon rooms. However, I hope they have a swimming pool.
