I have visited a friend at Waterford. I was very impressed. She has a 2-bedroom: very nice, very clean, very user-friendly. I found the dining facilities very nice, very clean and very much what they need to be. They have a recreation room and a pool which was very nice. They have card games, they played bingo and they watched movies. The staff has very good attitude, very positive and very helpful.

They do not have a pool table or any fireplaces or security on site. The homeless hang out here and the management said as long as they are invited in there is nothing they can do. They are not invited in plus they have drug users, drug dealers and felons living in apartments. Many people live there who are not on the lease. Management company is the worst as they do not protect seniors. Pool is dirty and service plus repairs are horrible. Don’t put your seniors here. There is very little grass. They only remodel their offices and not the buildings that house seniors. Next to Midpark Towers which is full of felons, drug addicts, dealers and criminals. Bad neighborhood.
