HighPoint Senior Living was a very nice place. It's not really big. They had nice parking and good security. It is more independent. You're on your own, which means you have to take care of your own apartment. You're responsible for it. You do your own cooking and cleaning inside your apartment. The staff was good. It's more like individual apartments, but they were for senior citizens only. The location is right down the street from a shopping center. It's close to convenience stores, Dollar Tree, grocery stores, eating places, and eye places to get your eyeglasses. If they have activities, it's just among the people that live there.

I loved the environment at High Point. The people were very helpful, and manager always does follow up. As a matter of fact, she called and checked on me. I would highly recommend them. It was close to the supermarket, and there was a lot of shopping areas there. Their apartments were very spacious. There were several areas within the facility that you could go for recreation. They had a very large swimming pool and rocking chairs, and it was really nice.
