We have decided on choosing The Pavilion Senior Living Smyrna for my husband. I was familiar with the place, and the price was within my affordability. As I was also leaving after our tour, one of their staff members came up to me and said we would love it there, which really impressed me. We visited their memory care facility, and it was clean and had lots of staff members. On the memory unit alone, I saw four staff members. The previous place I visited only had one on its memory unit. They were also extremely pleasant and caring, and interacted with the patients. It is not corporately owned but is privately owned. The rooms, the halls, and the grounds were all spotless. The person who gave the tour showed me the calendar of activities, and it was very full.

I toured. I like the layout, the amenities, and the programs that they had for the residents. It was laid out well; the dining room was in the center of the facility, and the rooms were to both sides. There was a gym and a library. There was a big gathering room where they had church services and played bingo, and other things. The staff was very knowledgeable. It seems good.
