I went to Canterfield of Franklin yesterday. Everything was very good, clean, well lit, many different amenities, so overall I had a very positive impression. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided me with all the answers to the questions I had so, very positive experience as well. The newness and the cleanliness of the facility stood out.

Canterfield of Franklin is a brand-new facility and was very appealing. It was very comparative, except that it's a larger community and it's farther away. It was not as conveniently located. There is a good selection of rooms.

I visited Canterfield of Franklin, it's very nice, it looked more like a Grand hotel, and it's a place where I'd like to live. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. They didn't have residents at that time, they were just opening, and they showed us the crafts room, a beauty shop, and a room you could sit and play cards. He also talked about the availability of food at all times. However, I don't like the location, it's like you're looking at a very busy street.
