here we go again we now have our 3rd manger and another asst in less than 2 years this one is worse than the other two wont answer phone wont answer door dont want to communicate with tenents this place just keeps getting worse corp just seems to not care

My parent lives here. We're looking for another place. The elevators recalled tonight during a burned-dinner incident and there are no keys on site to reset them. About 20 residents are stuck in the lobby right now, fire department is there, and they can't do anything to help these residents.

here we go again another new manger place is amess still doing construction since only one elevator working since august carpets are all stained and dirty work orders slow no communications between office and tenats put new kitchens in not as convienant as old ones fridgerator doors wont stay open all and all this place is amess feels like a dictator ship think twice before u come

this place is messed up they took away parking in bottom lot for tenats who are waiting to get parking in upper lot and also visitors parking if youcant park there there is no place to park they also got cited from the fire dept forelevators not working just one working now which wasnt working properly people were waiting a couple hours for elevator to come down on top of that they decided to remodel the kitchens all seven floors 135 tenats use the elevators and now also constrution workes are to use them management is terrible good luck if youre planning to move in

parking is a problem lot of management turnover lots of gossip not worth it go somewhere else 90 percent female

Turn over of management and staff is constant, you cannot get anyone to answer the phone..Has gotten worse look elsewhere.
