My husband moved into Harmony at Harts Run. He's in the memory care unit. It's close to me and it's new. The apartments are very nice and very clean. The staff is very nice, except they are short-staffed, and that bothers me sometimes. The ones they have are very good, though. They serve three meals a day. They have a lot of activities going on. Unfortunately, when your husband or spouse is in memory care, you have to take them there. They don't take them to the activities. That's the only part that I wasn't happy with. They do some kind of exercise, which is very good, but I also don't know how often they do that.

We toured Harmony at Harts Run. The woman took us around and she showed us the different apartments for independent living like one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, and they were very nice. They're all brand new. They showed us the dining area and what they had for recreation in the community, but we didn't do any meals. There's a recreation area, and if you have pets, there's a place to have your pet. There's a community gathering area. It was all fresh, clean, new, and very nice. The overall condition of the place was very good.

I visited Harmony at Harts Run. I was pleased that the tour guide and the other people were friendly and helpful, and they seemed to be trustworthy. The rooms and the dining areas looked nice. The place looked fine. The thing that positively impressed me was the person I talked to and the others at the place. They're good people. I just didn't see very much of the facility.

My mom has moved into Harmony at Harts Run. It's easy to get to and it's close to other family members. It's a new building. It's fresh and easy to get around. So far, the staff members are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also it seems that they have at least two activities in the morning and three activities in the afternoon/early evening. They have a salon and a small gym, too. The food is excellent. There are lots of choices.

We moved into Harmony at Harts Run. We love it and we're very happy here. When they don't take us in the van, we can drive easily because we're just five or ten minutes from all the stores and restaurants we could want, and we can walk across the street to ten great places. They do all the cleaning, all the laundry, and change the beds for us. There's nothing I have to do. And we like the one meal a day plan because lunch is all we eat big, anyway. We can go to breakfast or dinner and pay separately for that meal, and the price is reasonable and the food is delicious. They got a new chef, and he's even better. All the restaurants around here deliver, too. This facility is only a year and a half old. They have assisted living and continuing care if we need it. We were the first one in our two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, so it's brand new. We love its layout. Our apartment is larger than many places, and we have a sun porch. We have the vaulted ceiling, so it just feels so spacious. All the people here are wonderful.

Harmony at Harts Run is very nice. I'm very satisfied with it. The staff is very nice, and the rooms are very clean. There is plenty of room. I had lunch with my husband one day, and it was very good and very filling. They have two choices for every meal. They also have a gym. He can get a haircut or his toenails cut. There is a nurse that visits him. The facility is very clean and very friendly. It's only like two years old.

I like the fact that Harmony at Harts Run has two entrances. They had independent and assisted entrances, but inside you didn't feel a huge difference with that. It is brand new. They have availability. The staff named Kadie was the one who welcomed me, and she was exceptional. She reached out and texted me about the rescheduling. She was very good and very accommodating and did a good job of following up on rescheduling. There's a salon, two different dining rooms, a movie theater, and an activity room.

We enjoyed our tour of Harmony at Harts Run. The staff who gave us the tour was very informative. While we were there, they were getting ready for an Octoberfest celebration where they invited the families to come. So, I thought that was nice. It was a new building, so it was brand spanking new. It was 3 floors, which was fine, but you had to go down for the meals. There were many activities for the residents. One of the dining areas had linen tablecloths which I thought was pretty cool. The other dining room did not have linen tablecloths, but the silverware was wrapped in a cloth napkin.

We went to look at Harmony at Harts Run. We went through the facility and looked at the independent living. The people could not have been nicer. The facility is clean and new. It had all the amenities, so it was very nice. The staff who gave me the tour was terrific. The rooms were well equipped, an adequate size, and brand new. They have game rooms and physical therapy rooms. The dining halls were nice.

I had an in-person tour of Harmony at Harts Run, and I was very satisfied. It is a new facility, so it's updated and clean. I spoke to a couple of residents, who were both very satisfied. The apartment was very nice. I think my mother would be happy there. I like the idea of the many activities they offer and three meals a day. I only met a tour person who was filling in for another tour person. She was very good, but she could not answer some of my questions. So I have to call them to answer a few questions I may have asked. I spoke to two residents; one was fairly satisfied with the food, and the second was increasingly satisfied. They have a movie theater, a library, bingo, a game room, and an activity room. Sometimes they have musicians come in and play music.

I toured Harmony at Harts Run, and Dominique was the one we saw. She's pretty young and seems she knows her stuff pretty well. The facility is brand new. Everything's brand new in the place, it's a big place so they are a little more expensive. That was the biggest negative on it, the expense. They have a one-year reset contract and a move-in fee. They have some extra costs for incontinence issues, which is one of the things I'm concerned about. It's unfurnished, you supply your TVs and stuff like that, but they have lots of activities. They have a nice dining room. They have staff nurses on-site and it's a pretty nice facility. They have a salon, a TV room, and a little theater if I'm not mistaken. They have activities rooms, and a large court, where in the summertime people can be outside and yet they're still protected. On the first floor, they have a memory care area. So that's pretty nice because then there are no elevators and other things to deal with. The biggest drawback of that for us is just the location. It's a little far out of the way.

Harmony at Harts Run is pretty standard. The layout and the rooms seemed pretty standard for an independent living situation. The apartments are very clean and nice because it's brand new. The person who assisted me was very nice. She was very helpful and she had the answers to my questions. The dining area was not a restaurant-style dining area. It was okay but it wasn't what I was expecting. I expected it more to be like a restaurant like in some other independent living situations. They do have a beauty shop or barbershop and that seemed nice. That would be convenient. They also have a movie theater kind of setup and a game room. She said they have a men's club that meets on some nights. It snowed today during my visit, it melted into the parking lot and the sidewalks weren't 100% clean. I thought it would not be a good thing for guests or the residents.
