The residence at Whitehall was beautiful and it looked like a resort on the inside. Everyone was so friendly and I looked at a one bedroom apartment on the second floor and one on the third floor. I will visit again soon when I decide to move."

"Paramount Senior Living at Bethel Park is a really nice, well-maintained, clean facility. It’s a really nice place. They take them out and have all kinds of activities daily. It’s a very active, inviting community. My mom is getting really good care. My mom’s room is a one-bedroom and one of the bigger and more spacious rooms that I have seen. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. "

"My mom was at Paramount Senior Living at South Hills. Everything was wonderful. It's a brand-new nursing care place. The staff members were very good. My mom enjoyed the food; all of the food was very good. She did bingo and we went to a mass. They had happy hour and social days. The activities were very good."

"My mom is there the last couple months and this place is amazing they have a ha dedicated team of personal Aides , the food is amazing and the management keeps the place clean and nice now it with the new management in place things got even batter thanks Toni (she is the administrator) I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a place for a close one a place that they could feel at home and bean taking care of Thanks Peter"

"Point Pleasant is absolutely beautiful. The staff is fantastic. We hit it off one, two, three. If I could afford it, I'd move in tomorrow, but right now I can't afford that. I am independent right now, but from what I saw, they offer a lot of nice amenities. The place is absolutely beautiful. The people that were there are fantastic. The patients that I saw are very happy. They look very engaged. Big, beautiful dining room. The staff was very caring. If I could, I'd move in tomorrow. They have independent living and they have assisted living. Anybody that I talked to that resided there was quite happy, and the staff is fantastic. I was invited for lunch, but I haven't gone there yet. It was lunchtime and the meal looked delicious. Everybody was eating and seemed very pleasant. I saw the whole list of their activities. They get their money's worth."

"My mom has moved into The Grand Residence at Upper St Clair. That place is in Pennsylvania, and I'm in Virginia; I haven't seen her since the day I put her in there. We had some issues with her medication, but the employees have been very good at communicating with us. They have been very accommodating and have us be able to communicate with our mom in regard to making phone calls or arranging FaceTime. My mom's room was very nice. They provided some appropriate furniture for her. Then I just decorated it with some things from home to make it a little bit more homey for her. I really like the contact person. She's just very open, honest, very loving, and knows every single one of the residents' names when we were there. I also met the owner, and she's also very compassionate and very involved with all of the residents at the facility. I also like that they're not a conglomerate type facility. They're kind of family owned. They only own that place, so I definitely like that aspect as well. I haven't had any experience with the food, but from my understanding, my mom eats very well. She seems to enjoy the food from what they've told me. Her room is very clean. For safety precautions, they have the WanderGuard type bands that all the residents wear that will alert them and sets off their pagers if anybody heads out the door, which my mom was doing pretty frequently the first week or two. They have private rooms with very nice bathrooms. There is a small kitchenette in each of the rooms. They have activities planned every day. They are also doing some outside activities where they take them on shopping trips. The day I dropped my mom off, they went to a museum or something that day. She hasn't participated in any of that quite yet, but she definitely has been involved in the activities, especially like arts and crafts. The main contact person and the owner have both been extremely pleasant. I've also had some contact with a few of the nurses and they've been very on top of things in regard to my mom's medications and bringing to my attention some concerns that they had about her demeanor. They also made some suggestions in regard to medication changes or other things that they could do to help relieve her anxiety."

"It was gorgeous and brand new. I was invited to lunch, and the food was good. The problem was it's so far out in the boonies that you can't get anywhere. They only had 20 residents when I was there. The room was nice. The amenities were good. The manager spent time with me, and he was terrific."

"My wife’s mother was at Mount Vernon for a short while. The facilities weren’t bad. The dining area was good and clean. "

"My father lives at Paramount Senior Living at Peters Township. They seem to respond to him pretty quick if they need to. He's had some theft though. He's had had some things disappear from his room. Other than that, they feed him well, and he seems to like it there. He likes the food, but because of COVID I don't think they're doing much. They do exercises in the hall every day. His room is one big room. There are things that I've asked the staff about that they have not gotten back to me about. It's a beautiful facility, but it's too much money for what he's getting."

"My mother-in-law lived in the Hampton Fields Village before she moved into an assisted living place. I've been there a couple of times. It's very clean. They do a nice job for the money they charge, the food is very good, it's a very nice facility, and the staff is great. They do all kinds of stuff there."

"This was my mother's home, from the day it opened, until she died last week. Both the staff and residents became her family. Everyone truly CARES! The facility is very high end and serves restaurant quality meals to the residents. There is nothing INSTITUTIONAL about it! "

"There is a $100,000 initial deposit and entrance fee here at Vincentian Villa, but you or your heirs can get back $90,000 when you leave. The apartments are lovely and each has a balcony or a patio. The maintenance men that are here are good, but there's a shortage of maintenance staff. There are nice activities and nice amenities. They will take us to the grocery store and to our doctors (that's free within five miles), and they will take us to get our haircuts. We have a book club, a Bridge club, a Bible study, card playing like 500, oftentimes/once a month a movie, and then there's always some sort of entertainment once a month, too. We have to pay for the meals, but the meals will be delivered to your door. There's no dining room. I was happy with the food I had. I've been very happy with the place and I love my apartment. I'm just so pleased with it. It's two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a nice-sized kitchen, and a nice-sized living room. The whole place is the least expensive of all the places that I've looked at."

"I lived at corbett court and the people there were down to earth and friendly. after 2 years being gone they still remembered me. I love it and want to go back there. "
