Ross Hill is in a newer building. It's in very good shape, and it's also a "green" building. But they didn't have a 2-bedroom unit available.

Do not get an apt. on the first floor, no one told me the laundry room was above my apt.and they wash till 10 p.m. cars pull up beside your apt. all day it's a fire lane but none cares. They might as well watch tv with me. Thefrig makes a loud tapping noise every hour. I have been p r promised another apt. it's been 4 months still waiting. The maintenance man tries but cannot fix my refrigerator...offered to buy my own ..as between the loud vibrating noise from the washers and this hourly tapping of the frig. I am ready for a breakdown. The place is clean , residents friendly as they have related similar experiences . But once your in too bad. Also it's supposed to be that you can take care of yourself here, we clearly have residents that cannot.
