PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PUT YOUR LOVE ONE HERE DO NOT DO IT! This place seems more like a drug rehab. There was at least 2/people who made sense when you spoke with them. This place wants your money, staff blends in with those who live there! They allow them to watch nothing but violence, go figure. This place needs to be inspected, no professionalism. 3/people crammed into a room. College students have it better.

This place is horrible! I was on video with my uncle and watched while listening to the young staff yell, curse at the residents (including my uncle). I told him I would call and he said please don’t because they would get on him after we hung up. This place is infested with bedbugs. And the residents sheets are soiled in blood from bedbugs. I saw on video. I couldn’t believe it. I had to get him out of there ASAP! The staff just doesn’t care! This place should be closed down. I feel bad for the other residents because many of their families don’t know what’s happening to them in there. We could a better place.

The building has a common area at the main door where most of the residents sit threw out the day. The staff is not all that helpful in relaying messages to residents. It can be tuff to locate residents as they come and go as they please. Althought the building is kept clean it is older and looks as though it is not taken care of. The residents do however seem to be very happy and enjoy their home.
