I was a resident of Ephraim Goldstein Apartments. Everybody there was warm, welcoming, and very pleasant. The staff was excellent. The food was very good. They do have a library, a pool room, and refreshments in the same room. The value for money was fair. It wasn't an outrageous price because it was low income, so I didn't have to worry. I was able to afford that place.
