"My great aunt lived at the Apartments at Cedar Hill for several years. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. There were many activities for residents to participate in, such as singing groups and senior athletics. Families were always welcome to visit and share meals. There were decorations for holidays and the common areas were well-kept. The grounds are nice, with lots of tress and gardens. There is outdoor space for enjoyment and activities. Also, the rooms are very nice and accessible for those with limited mobility. They also provide transportation for residents who need to get medical care. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one needing special care. It is a nice place to live, and residents are well cared for. "

"The Oaks at Northpointe had what we needed. The place was very well kept and up-to-date. They provide bus trips and have a beauty parlor. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. There was definitely a homey feeling."

"I thought everything at Primrose was very nice. And if a person could afford it, I think it is great. They have church services, lots of games like bingo and stuff, lots of entertainment, and activities for the residents. "

"My aunt was a resident of Red Carpet's hospice program. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly during this difficult time in our family's life. They were kind and compassionate. Many of us stayed the night during my aunts last few weeks of life. We have a very large family and were never told we had to leave. Instead we were offered blankets, pillows, and comfortable resting areas. Staff members also offered us refreshments and coffee many times during the few weeks we were there. There was a night when another family of another resident was staying there also, they offered those of us who wanted some sleep to go into their activities hall and rest, where there were couches and recliners so we did not have to leave the facility. Upon my aunts passing we were offered kind words, and the deepest sympathy by staff members. We were allowed our final visits with my aunt and never felt rushed as though we needed to cut our time short. Upon her passing we were asked to leave the room for approximately 20 minutes in which time staff made her look clean and comfortable. Staff offered any family members who wished to assist the option of helping. Once our visits were over they made the final arrangements as comfortably as possible, never pressuring us or making us feel unwelcome. "

"Mom is moving in at Sharonbrooke tomorrow. First of all, it is closer to the family and easier to get to. I thought the staff was extremely friendly. We went for a visit, and we had lunch there; we were in a private dining room where I watched the interaction between the staff and the residents, and I saw nothing but smiles on faces. Everybody just seemed so pleasant. It just seemed like a very upbeat place. The rooms were very well-maintained and cleaned up. The person who was in there before apparently passed on and they go in, clean thoroughly, and paint before the new person comes in. The whole complex was very bright and airy looking, wide and had very brightly lit quarters; it is just a beautiful place. My brothers who had not been there went the other day and they thought it was beautiful too, they were very happy with it. "

"I went to Chapel Grove Inn, and it was all very nice. It was just a little bit more pricey, but it was in a very pleasant and quiet area. The rooms were fine. Everything was nice about the place, and it was closer to town. "

"Mom stayed in Riverside Landing Nursing and Rehabilitation from August until November. I would say that all in all, it was as good experience as she was going to get for a nursing home. I thought the girls were especially caring, especially Alison and Vanessa who were in her room often. The folks were super and really did care about Mom, and I appreciated it. The food was on the poor side; Mom didn’t like it at all, but she didn’t like too much anywhere. "

"I had a friend who went here. The facility was complete from independent living down to hospice. The apartments looked beautiful. They offered a wide range of medical care and the staff was good. They had a library, stage plays and performances. I would recommend this place to others. "
