I'm very pleased with The Inn at Chapel Grove. They have activities all the time. My mother is mobile so they have a van and they took them to Wal-Mart today. They go out to eat once a week. They always have something going on. They have entertainment. It has been good for her and it keeps her busy. Her room is very nice and they keep it clean. It's very nice inside. They always decorate for all the holidays. The staff is good. If I need any help, or if I have a question, or if my mom needs help, they call me right back. There's always someone there 24-hours a day. They have a nurse there.

My father's at The Chapel Grove Inn. I chose it because it's close to where I live and I really like the facility. I visit every day, and I have not found him not to be taken care of well. They make sure he gets down to his meals, and they allow visitors pretty much any time. They let me take him out when I want to. The price is pretty much in line with everyone else.

I went to Chapel Grove Inn, and it was all very nice. It was just a little bit more pricey, but it was in a very pleasant and quiet area. The rooms were fine. Everything was nice about the place, and it was closer to town.

My grandfather was at Chapel Grove Assisted Living and he got the best care! The facility is beautiful and more importantly clean! The staff is well trained and very caring. I would recommend Chapel Grove to anyone.

They say they do not do special diets for diabetics or anyone with health needs. The care you need for your parents are not as important as they say, but they cash your checks

We are always open to comments and concerns from residents and/or their families. We take all comments seriously. I understand the family frustration concerning diets for those with Diabetes. However calculated diets are considered a “skilled service” by the Ohio Department of Health. Unlike hospitals and nursing homes who are licensed as a “skilled facility”, The Chapel Grove Inn is an Assisted Living Facility. Even though Chapel Grove has a nurse on duty 24 hours a day, the licensure is Residential Care. Our diet is consistent with the Recommended Dietary Allowances of the National Academy of Sciences for residents age 51 and over. We offer a sincere apology if we are unable to meet your expectations.

My visit at The Chapel Grove Inn was good. It was a very pretty place. Their dining room was very nice. However, their rooms were the same size to the others I saw from another facility. The staff was pretty informative. The facility has almost like a hotel feeling to it, although it seemed to cost a little bit more than the other facility.

My mom is at the Chapel Grove Inn and she's been there for eight years now. She's got one room with a bath, a microwave, a low-end refrigerator, and a sink, so she can fix her meals if she wants to. She doesn't always like the food that they have and there might not be enough of it, she says, so we always keep her supplies. It's a nice facility and the staff is all very nice. The only thing is there's a lot of turn-over among them, which is a main thing.
