My grandfather needed home health care after his surgery to remove bladder cancer. He was also a stroke patient prior to that, losing his ability to speak and use his right arm and right leg, so he required a good deal of attention. The staff that came into the home was very friendly and was very open to the fact that he needed more attention than many of their other clients. They did not once complain or make a sour face when asked to do anything and they always did everything with a smile on their face. One afternoon, a nurse asked me if there was anything else she could do while she had some down time. This is a good measure of a successful company. The nurse did not want to be sitting around while she had some down time, she wanted to be helping out even more than she already was.
