Primrose Retirement Community of Zanesville

I will move into the Primrose Retirement Community of Zanesville, and I like the facility. What I liked best was the cleanliness and the help. I just liked it all, and the food was very good.

We toured Zanesville Primrose for my mother and father-in-law. They sent a meal for all four of us: my wife, my father-in-law, my mother-in-law, and myself. It was very, very good. It was really more a desert than it was a meal. That was my favorite place because it was newer and had more amenities. It has an ice cream shop, and was just a little nicer. It also sure is the most expensive. Everything there was newer, and they had bigger rooms. It was the nicest one. Money notwithstanding, it would been what we had chosen. It may not be practical with the finance, but it was certainly the nicest one. They have a 2-bedroom one and the bathrooms are big. It had a full kitchen in it.

The assisted living apartment is very nice with a huge bathroom and closet. The staff has truly went above and beyond in caring for our loved one. There are so many nice amenities. A bus for doctor visits and trips to the store each week. Exercise room, ice cream parlor, bar and library. She has a pendant that she can push for 24 hour care or assistance. We can't say enough about the staff and facility.

I thought everything at Primrose was very nice. And if a person could afford it, I think it is great. They have church services, lots of games like bingo and stuff, lots of entertainment, and activities for the residents.
