We transferred my dad to Falls Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. It's a clean facility and it's good, but he complains about not getting service when he pushes his button. They leave him in his diapers for 42 hours before they change him. They have a dialysis center attached to the nursing home, and so he is transported there three times a week. So far, the staff has been good. I saw the food and it looked good, but my dad said it tasted bad. They need to be more responsible when their residents push the button for help. It could have been a bad day that just happened, because when I see him he looks clean.

My mother moved to Falls Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. We've had nothing but success there, so we're currently both happy with it. She's been there before on a rehab basis, so I've had experience with the facility in the past. I like the long-term care room, it's very spacious, and each room has its own bathroom, which is very important. I didn't realize how important that was until I started checking out other places because not everybody has that. Usually, when you're in a long-term care setting, you have a roommate and then you have a shower room. It was very and nice, very clean. I've toured some other places, it was awful. But Falls Village is very clean, and they still do activities with the residents, even throughout all of COVID. I get updates and notifications all the time if anything happens. Right now, I get notifications on whether there's no COVID or if somebody happens to be positive. They have rehabilitation on-site and they do provide services if you have an outside doctor's appointment, they provide transportation for the residents. the nursing staff is wonderful. Any medical concern I have, I address that with the staff, and they have just been wonderful. The staff is wonderful. In terms of the food, they've been very accommodating to my mom and her needs.

Trying to get my dad out of there. Phone calls are not returned. No one comes in unless to give a pill. No one at nurses station. No one seems to care

I lived here for over two years. Until I recovered to the point that I could return home. When I first arrived i was very ill . I became where I could not move nothing from the neck down. However thanks to a very attentive staff and therapy team I was able to return home. I am thankful for not only have I recovered to where I can walk with a walker and now lam using a quad cane. This place got me home a year and a half prior to my wife passing away. There are a lot of good people here. This team of staff and therapist do not give up on you.

My mother was here when she hurt her hip and leg. The facility didn't have her medicine correct, even though she was transferred from St. Thomas hospital. I found out by accident that she wasn't getting her insulin! My mother could have died because of their negligence. The food is absolute slop, I took my moms food in to her the entire time she was there. The "nursing" staff are lazy and unconcerned, and very slow to answer a call. I continually asked to be informed when the doctor had seen my mother and updated on her treatment plan, but I received no calls. I finally had to go to the nursing director myself. Just a horrible place, if you care about your loved on, do NOT place them at Falls Village.

This place is horrible my father was there for one week in may 2010. Over medicated him, applied a leg brace so tight it caused pressure ulcers later causing him to lose leg, he was unresponsive they said he was fine and they could bring him around we made them call paramedics my fathers blood sugar had dropped to a 20 and his kidneys had quit working.. i would never recommend this place to anyone. Most of the staff is rude to family members and the patients.
