"I was in Medina Meadows Rehab and Nursing Centre. They were very nice. The security was very good. The food was fine. They did the best they can. They have a budget. Sometimes you get stuff that doesn’t really look edible. Towards the end of the month when their funding was low, they have to make do with what’s on hand. They have a lot of inventive things. They have bingo and bowling. "

"My husband stayed at Wadsworth Pointe. He was in a shared room with another patient. It didn't seem like they came in the room very often to check on him. It was just a place for him to stay, and his food came to him. They changed the sheets and that kind of thing, but he didn't have a lot of personal attention. The staff members were all pleasant. My husband said the food was good. This place could use a good sweep. They had activities, music, and had people come in. They do a lot to keep the patients active."

"My friend was in Brunswick Pointe Transitional Care for rehab. I really liked it. I never had any complaints, ever. It was good there because the other place he had, he hated it so much. He actually called 911 to get out of it. The room was really nice. It's like a newer place. The nurses were nice. They were helpful. It's cozy. They got ice cream stores. Free ice cream for the family, that's cute. It was very clean."

"My mother was a resident at Altercare of Wadsworth on 4 different occasions over the last 2 years related to an unfortunate diagnosis of lymphoma. She was in and out of the hospital several times and was unable to return home safely each time. Our family was extremely pleased with the care she received each time she was at Altercare of Wadsworth. She was ultimately nursed back to health. The therapy she received was exceptional. The staff tended to her every need and she loved the meals! She was finally able to return home with my father and home health. We hope that she will continue to thrive at home but if there is a need for skilled nursing care in the future, we will not have a second thought about where she will go."

"I chose Copley Health Center for my mom because it was the only place I could get her in where she got a private room, and also the cost was reasonable. The physical set-up was very nice, it was clean and modern. But the people who run the place were not very nice, I thought they were not very warm. Well, some of them were but not all of them. The food was not very good, it was mediocre. "

"This review is more about an individual than the facility as a whole. My mom has been in the Willowood facility going on 10 years now. I live out of state. Mom is essentially deaf at this point so phone conversations are more frustrating than fulfilling. Luckily, Jeannine has gone out of her way to make sure I connected with my mom. She sends videos, pictures and relays messages. She helped coordinate trips out with my mom when I am in town. Jeannine is essentially the lifeline between my Mom and me. Keeping the relationship alive as much as possible. Without Jeannine's help it would feel like my Mom is out of my life at this point. Instead I get to see pictures, videos and so much more that keeps the relationship as much as it possibly can. I am forever grateful."
