Placing a loved one in a nursing home is always a very difficult decision and very overwhelming. The staff at this nursing home including the physicians, the therapists and office staff are attentive, caring, patient, and helpful especially since our family member is very medically compromised. Our family much appreciates the care our loved one is receiving.

Magnolia by Sanctuary Health Network smelled and was extremely short staffed. There were 48 rooms and there was only one nurse, but you might have two aides on the weekends in the evenings. Still, there would be three people for 48 rooms if you were lucky. The single room we saw was like a hospital room, and it was very stark. They residents had their own bathrooms, but there was a communal shower room and I thought I was going to gag. They had an activity room that was not very nice and a lot of the residents were just sitting outside. The staff seemed friendly.
