I recently toured timberland ridge and I was able to meet the staff and talk with a few residents. They all had nothing but kind words to say about everyone who works here and resides here. I recommend this to anyone looking for their loved one to stay

Not enough staff to help residents. They never took my father to the dining room. Left him in his brief and tshirt all day. Within 3 months he had bed sores and we were never notified. Found out when an aide was in while we were there. No professional staff on board after 4:30 or weekends. Only LPNs in duty at night.

My aunt moved into Timberland Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. They are phenomenal, it's an amazing facility, and I couldn't be happier that we can find that for her. They are so kind, it's brand new, the new owner came and re-did the whole thing. Everybody has their own bedroom, and they share a bath. The directors and everybody have been phenomenal. My aunt is very picky and she likes the food. She is happy with everything, they'd make her a burger, they would sit and watch a movie with her, she was one of the first patients so they'd go grab fig newtons and sit and watch a movie at night.
