"Home Instead provided sitting coverage to ensure the safety and quality of the care of my sister who was incapacitated due to spinal surgery. Exec Director Joan was very responsive and provided immediate coverage with Caregiver Zeinab. Zeinab was professional, knowledgeable, calming, and soothing. She was the perfect fit for our situation and made my sister and our family feel safe and secure with her care. I highly recommend Home instead and would certainly use them again if needed."

"The lady from Home Helpers of Canton does the grocery shopping for me, my laundry, light housekeeping, and just any little thing I needed to be done around the house. She is excellent. To me, she's just tops and she's super nice. She shows up on time regularly, too. The only problem she ever had was when she got sick one time, so she couldn't come. Otherwise, she's always on time. She's always nicely groomed and always cheerful. It's nice to have a caring person like her in this time of COVID."

"We hired Home Instead Senior Care in Massillon because they were local and have people who were local. They're also highly-rated, so I felt good about having them care for my mom. Right now they're helping mom go to the bathroom, getting her cleaned up and basically keeping her safe. We love the caregiver. Their management has worked with me in terms of scheduling, and I never had a problem."

"I have used Cherished Companions in the past and am again using them to help me with my husband's care. Because of our past and positive experience with the agency, I immediately turned to them when it was determined that due to his weakened condition he had become a high risk for falling and returning to the hospital. Since we are still in our home and I am his primary caregiver, I needed someone to come for a few hours a day on the days I was unable to be there and on the days we have doctor appointments. I requested the same person if possible. The agency met our needs and my husband is adjusting well to having her help in his care. The office staff is understanding and easy to deal with; they have been helpful in many ways."
