Caregivers have been reliable and on time, and the one time a caregiver had to call off sick at the last minute (on a holiday weekend, no less), they promptly notified us and were able to get a substitute to fill in within 3-4 hours. When one caregiver did not seem to be a good match, representatives were easy to contact and gave good follow up (that caregiver did not become part of our eventual “team”). If I need schedule adjustments or if they have schedule adjustments, they always communicate with me and let me know. They match me up very good with the caregiver. I've had two permanent caregivers so far and both were good. One I think is no longer with the company, but the one I have now is awesome. I get housekeeping. I get help with vacuuming my floors, cleaning my bathrooms, making my bed and things like that. No personal care. I think it's a very good company."
