" Home instead has been good to work with from the time of our initial contact. Their intake process was thorough and efficient. We have been clients for two months and over that period they have worked to develop a consistent team of aide caregivers for us. Communication with the organization has been unusually good and easy. Caregivers have been reliable and on time, and the one time a caregiver had to call off sick at the last minute (on a holiday weekend, no less), they promptly notified us and were able to get a substitute to fill in within 3-4 hours. If I need schedule adjustments or if they have schedule adjustments, they always communicate with me and let me know. They match me up very good with the caregiver. I've had two permanent caregivers so far and both were good. One I think is no longer with the company, but the one I have now is awesome. I get housekeeping.
