The concern of the staff and administration that she was provided every comfort was obvious, and her pleasure at the attention of the staff provided our family with peace of mind during a difficult period. Our mother was diagnosed with severe dementia, and even though she required care that often exceeded that of an assisted living facility, she was, nevertheless, provided with those services. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mulberry Gardens in Munroe Falls, Ohio to any family seeking residency in an assisted living facility. The support of Maryann Ervin and her extraordinary staff, located in this beautiful and immaculate facility, should serve as a model for all such residential homes. "

"As soon as you walk in the front doors, you see a beautiful, clean building and a caring staff! My parents have been residents since December, 2021. Best decision we made! "Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow is a beautiful community with a very friendly staff. Everyone is very welcoming. There's a warm swimming pool, a fitness center, a bistro, a putting green outside, a Bocce ball court, a courtyard area, and a dog park. My dad's room is perfect. It's beautifully decorated, equipped very well for elderly people, and it's got a large walk-in closet."

"I visited Danbury in Tallmadge, it's very clean, everything was very nice, and if we're ready to make the move, I would certainly go there. The rooms were very nice, you could get some with a patio, but there's no washer and dryer. We did have a meal and it was very good, it's pretty new, so everything was nice and clean. They have a library, a TV room, and garage parking if you want to pay extra. They have dances, happy hour, movie nights, and exercise classes. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable."

"I am writing this review on behalf of a family friend who was a resident at Maplewood because I think it's important for people to know how extremely happy the family was. Our friend was treated with the utmost respect and loving care while he was a resident there. One thing he always talked about was how much fun the daily activities were that were offered along with the field trips where his wife was welcome to join him on. He also raved about how delicious the food was. He enjoyed picking his food from a menu. The family was also given a newsletter that kept them up to speed with everything going on during the month. The facility was always very clean and the grounds outside are absolutely beautiful. When the time comes where our loved ones need to have more care than we can give them at home it's important to know that they are being cared for like we would care for them at home. That was the exact experience our family friends had with their loved one at Maplewood. "

"We're living here. The appearance is very nice, and the layout is very convenient. The food is good, my wife is playing Scrabble right now, and I have played bingo. The facility has nice surroundings, the staff is very accommodating, and is very nice and helpful."

"My mother will be in independent living at Cardinal Retirement Village, but she will be getting some assisted living services. Due to COVID restrictions, we're on a waiting list for probably a month or two. They have the dining room tables far apart, and the living room areas set up where they removed some couches, so it looked very far apart. They're not using their dining room right now, but they're hoping to get back to that. They want Mom to stay in her own little apartment for a two-week quarantine, then she can walk the hallways, but not have visitors. Everything looked neat and clean, but the COVID thing is kind of offputting. They have a long waiting list for studios, so we're going with a one-bedroom. The staff was very nice. They weren't doing so much. They just restarted bingo, but they have everybody sitting far apart wearing masks. They used to have music groups coming in all the time. They have a place that always has cereal, donuts, bagels, and muffins that you can serve yourself, and milk or juice, but they're not doing any of that with COVID. Everything is closed now. They have a beauty parlor or barber shop, a little library, a large screen TV and chairs that they can arrange to show a movie, and they have a popcorn machine. If all these things were operational, it would be very nice. The staff was very personable and very helpful. The hallways looked dated and carpeted. It looked like hotel hallways, but the unit we saw was very nice and painted and had new appliances. The dining area looked brand new, looked remodeled, and was very lovely. They need to update the hallways. They have a room with a piano in it, couches and easy chairs, like a little living room setup, so people can come and visit. You could bring your extended family if it wasn't for all these restrictions. They have an outdoor area where they have tables, chairs and umbrellas. Every apartment has its own little screened-in porch."

"It can be very difficult to make the decision to bring a loved one into any assisted living facility. But Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls made that transition for our loved one seamless. From the start we knew we had made the right choice. We have always felt comfortable knowing that they are in good hands with such a caring, compassionate, and attentive staff. "

"My mother has been in the memory care unit for over two years, and the staff have been wonderful. She is mobile enough to enjoy activities throughout the facility. Summit Point reminds us of a hotel; brightly decorated and cheerful. There are many activities within the facility, and they have buses to shop and visit area events. She has enjoyed singing, crafts, bingo and programs of faith. The food is excellent, and the holiday buffets are a treat for the whole family. We have friends and parents of friends staying in the assisted care area, and Summit Point is an excellent value all around. Stop in and see; we definitely recommend it! "

"Summit Corners has very good customer service. They also have very good facilities that are kept up well. It's a beautiful setting/environment. There was one room, and I took some pictures of it. It's not too bad. It's a little bit small, but it has a big closet. It's private, so I like that my mom would not have to have a roommate, and that's a plus. It's more like a home instead of like a regular nursing home. I didn't try out the food, but the staff member who gave me the tour says it's very good. It sounded good from the menu, and the staff says she eats it herself."

"We checked on them. The assisted living area there was smaller than the other facility. The rooms were very nice. They didn't have a shop or a deli there. Food-wise, they're about the same as with the other facility."

"We made arrangements to move into the Vitalia Senior Residences of Solon. We wanted a two-bedroom, and they don't have any available yet, but we gave them the deposit, now I'm in the queue. It's relatively new. We've eaten there a couple of times and the food was terrific. Everybody that we've encountered has just been amazingly friendly from the staff to the residents. It seems that there are a lot of programs that will be available to us when we're there. The facility is very well kept. It's very close to where we live, so we're not going to be going far from the things we're familiar with. Shaq was terrific. They have a full kitchen. They have a courtyard there."
