"I visited Danbury in Tallmadge, it's very clean, everything was very nice, and if we're ready to make the move, I would certainly go there. The rooms were very nice, you could get some with a patio, but there's no washer and dryer. We did have a meal and it was very good, it's pretty new, so everything was nice and clean. They have a library, a TV room, and garage parking if you want to pay extra. They have dances, happy hour, movie nights, and exercise classes. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable."

"For my grandmother, somebody from caring.com recommended this community. The location is convenient for my grandmother because it is near where she lives. It is a beautiful facility. To me, it is like a fancy hotel. They were very wonderful and accommodating when we visited. Their staff was very pleasant. It's clean and very well-managed. They have like a bird sanctuary, which is kind of cool. It is a nice little touch. The apartment that we saw is nice and of decent size. Chambrel is definitely a good place to go check out. "

"I went to Eden Vista of Stow. We liked that it looked clean and homey, not like a big, fancy hotel. The apartments had a living area, a kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The person who took us around was very friendly and very informative."

"Regent of Stow was a nice place I would consider acceptable. They have good staff there. They have a good facility. They have a doctor and nurses that they employ. They have a movie theater and a nice dining hall. They play bingo, and they have recreational activities. The place seemed clean. We were there around lunchtime and people were being served. What I saw on the table looked all right, but we didn't have a chance to sample any of it. The staff during the tour was very nice and pleasant. She's a nurse and one of the management people there."

"The rooms have plenty of space for some furniture from home, pictures on the walls, and even a hospital bed if/when needed. The staff here is incredibly compassionate and professional. The food is top notch. There are many stations with "fidget" objects, including typewriters, sewing material (no needles), telephones, games, puzzles - so many things. There is a television room, and a large table where games can be played as a group. The facility is very clean, and smells that way. Snacks can be had around the clock. Safety is taken very seriously. I really cannot say enough good about this place, most especially about the staff. They are amazing."

"my grandmother lives in this facility and it is a very nice place it is very clean and the aids are friendly there are lots of activities and games that the residents can take part in they are quick to respond if someone needs help with anything at any time of the day they even have their own award winning chef that makes all of the meals and it seems rare to find assisted living homes with very good food they have a lot of various rooms where the residents can sit and talk amongst each other or watch television and take part in other activities, another nice thing that they offer is physical therapy they can help any residents that have recently had any type of surgery or injury get their strength back and get back to what they're used to doing overall this is a great choice if you are looking for a nice assisted living establishment "

"My husband and I have a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. We have a living room with kitchenette sporting a full-size stove and refrigerator. We also have a balcony. We were drawn to Danbury because of the friendly, welcoming residents. A healthy mixture of single men and women as well as several couples were evident at lunch in the dining room. My husband will tell you we moved so he could attend the weekly Happy Hour! We enjoy the efforts of the Life Enrichment Team making a variety of activities available. We enjoy going out for lunch or to a concert on the Danbury bus. The quality of the entertainment and speakers has been very good. We occasionally paint or make a craft. I enjoy the Book Club and playing Mahjong. These are only a few of the plethora of activities to choose from. Dining is a treat at Danbury. You can eat any time and have lots of tasty food to choose from. Breakfast, salads and sandwiches anytime as well as specials offered every day. The friendly wait staff soon got to know us by name and brings our drinks when they come to take our order. The dining room is the social hub of Danbury. It is where we meet new people and chat with our friends. We have confidence in the current team of nurses and aides. Our head nurse and her assistant work very hard to maintain a full schedule of caregivers. For us the staffing looks to be the best its been since arriving at the end of 2023. The Chief Executive Officer and her administrative staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Always available to hear residents concerns and comments. Suggestions are welcomed. They truly try to implement suggestions when feasible and work quickly toward resolutions when issues arise. I want to give kudos to the receptionists who are some of the most patient and helpful staff members. Often getting challenging questions, complaints and balancing several balls in the air. I can count on them to relay messages or get the answers needed in a timely manner. My husband and I have lived at Danbury over two years and have not regretted leaving our home for the friendly, stimulating, family atmosphere of assisted living at Danbury Senior Living in Hudson. It’s a relief not to have to cook, clean or do laundry. There is someone to help, no matter what problem arises. Response time is certainly quicker than calling a repair man, for example. We have made so many friends here. This is home."

"I was very worried about the health and well-being of both my parents before they moved in to Storypoint. Since they have moved in they are so active, happy, and all around healthier than before. Storypoint has taken away not only my stress but that of my parents. The rooms are more than big enough for 2. They hardly ever use their kitchen because of the great meals provided. The outings and activities are the best. There is always something going on at Storypoint. I would recommend them over and over again. Wish they would have moved in sooner. "The Inn at Apple Ridge was stunning. It had some really cool features for seniors. They not only have a large fish tank, but they also had an aviary in there. It's something really cool for them to look at and interact with. They had a beautiful waterfall in their courtyard that is different from anything I've seen anywhere. The place itself was incredibly clean, very nice, very comfortable, and very homey. It's a beautiful building, plus it's on top of the mountain. It's so high up there that you see the entire area around you. It's beautiful, and the people were very pleasant. We did both assisted living and memory care. We had done the assisted living originally, but since my mother-in-law took that fall a lot of things had changed right away. If she needed more help, she could also go to the other side, back and forth between the two. The staff was very interactive. Everybody worked together really well while we were there. It was beautiful. The food smelled good, and it looked good. They offered just about anything you'd want."

"My mother is well taken care of at the gardens. The staff is very helpful and friendly. the caregivers truly care about my mother and that is the most comforting thing about this place. The food is great and my mother enjoys the activities they have as well. There is a wide variety of drinks available at the front for my mom to enjoy at her convenience. I would recommend the gardens of western reserve. "
