I live in Seton Square-North and the best part of being here is the residents. The utilities are included in the rent. There's two ping pong tables, a pool table, a bumper pool, foosball, shuffleboard, and a workout area. They're currently remodeling the whole place right now, so some of the amenities are not open yet, but for the money, it is worth it.

I live in Seton Square-North and the best part of being here is the residents. The utilities are included in the rent. This is not really independent living. It is a HUD apartment complex for seniors. You have to be able to take total care of yourself. There are no services or anything like that. The place is horrible! Mgmt treats residents like they're stupid and don't know housing laws! They plan to move everyone out November 2020, in the cold, for renovations, and say we will have to move up to 2 times! No immediate relocation money assistance, they will 'reimburse' people at a later date, refuse to give date, plan to give only 15 days notice to move in violation of Ohio law that requires 30 days. They want us to keep paying rent during renovations even though we will not be living here, to 'reserve' your apartment for when moving back in, PLUS pay housing costs somewhere else! There are mice.
