"Before my mother moved to the assisted living side of Bellingham, she was here at the Skilled Care. She was more impressed with the staff at the Skilled Care in Bellingham. They were more helpful because she wasn't skilled. She seemed to enjoy it better over there. I know each move is a transition, and she just needs to get used to it. The room she had was a private room. Her room has an individual bathroom. It is just a room with a twin bed. She liked the food better here. They had a lot of activities. The best feature of this place is the staff. They exhibited more care. "

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, and the food is outstanding. It's conveniently located and easy to get to. "

"Devon Manor was very good and had nice rooms. The staff members were all very nice. My husband was there for rehab, and he ate in his room. The location was fine, and security was very good. They need to respond to the call bell a little quicker. "

"I'm in ACCELerate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for rehab. I like them. They're pretty good. I was here when I had my first operation because I had two operations on the same knee. I will be here for six to eight weeks. The staff is good. The food is great. Today for lunch, I had Salisbury steak, mashed potato, and carrots and it was really good. My room is nice. It's a nice facility."

"My husband’s uncle has been fortunate enough to be cared for at Barclay several times in the past year (but unfortunate enough to have fallen twice!), and my husband and I couldn’t be more happy with how he was treated. He’s a man with a plan, and he wanted to get well and get home, and he did – all the staff worked together so well, the nurses, the aides, Social Workers, therapists, everyone – it was a real team effort and they made his well-being matter to them as much as it matters to us. "I did not spend a lot of time with the staff, even after my grandparents moved into the assisted living building, but when I was around the staff, I did not see anything I had an issue with. The carpets are clean, the rooms and hallways are wide and kept clear, the medical staff were never complained about when I talked to my grandmother (she would if there was anything). "

"My father was in Parkhouse , I was very pleased with the treatment he had and the communication with me by the staff. The nurses were great, social worker was amazing., the activity team were also great. "

"I was very depressed when I arrived. I couldn't walk, talk, or eat when i arrived. The staff treated me great. I was miserable at the beginning, but they helped pull me out of my depressed state. I was walking with a walker within a week after arriving thanks to the therapists. Missed everybody when I went home. "

"Some of the staff members are really good and interested in providing good service. My biggest complaint is that there are rarely open parking space for visitors. Every time I go there the "Visitor" parking spaces are ALL taken by employees that work there. There are usually some just sitting in their cars on break using their cell phones, etc. That means I have to walk all the way from the top lot to enter the building. If I were running this place I would DEMAND that the "Visitor" parking areas by dedicated to visitors only!"

"My mother is in Rehab at Shannondell. It's really nice. The room is pretty good and pretty big. I haven't spoken too much with the staff, but I do at least get updates pretty regularly online, so that's helpful. My mother has not been happy with the food. She keeps getting food that she either didn't order or didn't like, and a lot of the food that she gets tends to not have much flavor. Everywhere that she's been to in the last couple of years, the food has been terrible at all of them, but at least at Shannondell there are other things that are nice about it. The rooms are nice and the staff is generally a little bit better."

"My dad is at The Meadows at Shannondell. The facility is very clean. My dad has been kept clean, and he seems very content. The staff members are very friendly and very attentive. Every day they have an activities person, and their activities look fun. His room is very clean, the bed is made, and there's no dirt or anything on the floor. The bathroom is clean. It's expensive, so I don't think everybody could afford to be there. But what they're paying for, they're getting good care."

"Dunwoody Village is the best in the area! My mother is here in Personal Care and has been for three years and she loves it. We had visited a few facilities before her move and, although Dunwoody is not the newest, it is by far the most friendly and all of the staff members have been wonderful. I can not say enough wonderful things about this facility. "
