Our directors of memory care and health/wellness assess residents' health and cognitive functioning. This assessment is repeated twice annually, or as needed.

Visits for lunch and dinner to local restaurants, shopping trips for leisure, groceries and others.

Sensory-linked programs such as Embrace.

There are several walking trails in this area, and we are within very easy walking distance of the Boot Road Shopping Center.

We have multiple newsletters, our website is updated regularly, and often we will send out emails to family members updating about upcoming events, changes to policy, COVID updates, and more.

Transportation included for scheduled visits as well as individual medical visits.

Wellington is in a suburban setting in scenic Chester County. We are within walking distance of a small shopping center featuring a Giant grocery store. We are also just down the road from a catholic church and local first responders headquarters. The burrough of West Chester is located within a 10 minute drive with plenty of dining and shopping. West Chester University is nearby and there are options for live stage-play. Downtown Exton, including The Walk at Exton, with plenty of shopping, dining, the movie tavern and more. We are also about 15-20 minutes from King of Prussia Mall, one of the country's largest shopping and dining destinations. We are about 45 minutes drive downtown Philadelphia and all of the lovely museums, history, and sporting complexes. We are just a few minutes walk from the Boot Road Shopping center, and a few minutes drive from both the East and West Goshen Parks.

Our main doors are locked between 8 PM and 8 AM, though residents may come and go during those hours. We do offer wander guards for those in memory care, if necessary. Our pendants can also double as locators for residents.
