My husband has been a resident at Eagleview Landing since June of 2023. We (all of our family and even our friends) are so pleased with the care, compassion, knowledge and friendliness of everyone at this facility. They made his adjustment a breeze. Even his neurologist commented on how well he adjusted (and I feel it because of the care he gets everyday!) Michele G. is your initial contact. Michele does an outstanding job explaining what to expect but, most importantly once you are there she still follows up to make sure your expectations are being met. You will find everyone from General Manager, Business Office, Front Desk Team, Nurses, Caregivers, Therapy team , Kitchen, Activities Coordinators, Cleaning Crew, and Maintenance Crew are always accessible and willing to help if you need anything! The Bayada Therapy team does an outstanding job. Seniority Health also takes great care of the residents. The "amenities" are great. No need to take your love one or yourself out for hairdresser, nail, Dr. Dentist and Podiatry. The food service is amazing. Great selection of meals for residents and each plate is made to order. Impressive!! Along with the great care. The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean and does NOT smell. I have had family and friends tell me they have never seen a Long Term Care Facility so nice with so many pleasant and friendly employees. THANK YOU to everyone at Eagleview Landing for all you do!!

My mother has moved into Eagleview Landing. She's in the memory care unit. She's got a large room and bathroom, and they did go through a switch with the director and staff. They had problems communicating with the family about certain things, but they took care of that. She's pretty well taken care of. My brother's only three minutes away and my sister-in-law and I go over quite often. She was falling out of bed when she first got there. My family's the one that went out and got her a safety bar. The family's done a lot to make sure that she's OK, but mom's content. Unfortunately, there are no levels of memory care, and she doesn't need the best kind because she's not completely there yet, so she complains about the companionship she has. It's not really at her level, but it's a beautiful facility. I've been there and she seems happy. I would recommend it. They let you decorate the room whatever way you want, and she's got a lot of familiar things in there. There's plenty of space for personal items. We have notes up for them and they adhere to the preferences of the family. My mom likes to pick her own clothes and they're pretty good about that. I know that they have lounge areas and they have TVs. There was a whole group that was wheeled up to a certain area to watch the Eagles game. She's in a locked facility. They have their own dining area. Eagle View also has assisted living and I've been able to wheel her to the lounge outside of the locked area and you could see another dining area. It looks nice for people who just might need assistance, just physical care as opposed to memory care. They have little apartments around there, too, that are part of the facility.

We looked at Eagleview Landing. That's the place I selected. From the moment I walked in, you could tell the people that work there love their job. I observed them interacting before I met the director, they were happy, and they were joking around. You could tell by that that it was a good place, and I like that. It's a newer facility and it's beautiful. The director, Michelle, that helped me was top-notch. She knew her staff, she was great to work with, and I got so many details from her. She was amazing. It was just gorgeous there. The rooms were brand new. They were spacious, clean, and bright, and there were big windows in every room. The physical therapy rooms and weight rooms were brand new and state-of-the- art. I saw two dining halls, and they were gourmet restaurants, and it was gourmet food. They have a bar area, which is nice, too. Outside, they have courtyards, which I like because they have different levels of gardening that someone could do. Like if they couldn't kneel and garden, they have waist-high gardens so you could plant flowers or vegetable plants. They have lots of outdoor activities. They have comfortable chairs there. It's like being at a resort. The list of activities looks so much fun. I met a lot of the different staff that would be working with my father, and they were amazing.

Eagleview Landing is in a beautiful community. The building is beautiful, but the staff was a little short with the dementia unit people. The activities were wonderful. They're just not equipped for behavioral dementia.

I was very pleased with my tour at Eagleview Landing. I was impressed with the person who gave the information. They were very informative. It's a very clean, open, and bright environment. It seemed like they were willing to work as much as possible with the finances. Everything was new because it was a new facility. I think it's just two years old. It was modern like with laminate- type flooring as opposed to carpets. The bathrooms were gorgeous. They're roomy and modern. The shower was much bigger than what my mom has now, and it looks easily accessible. The staff was very good. They gave me a complimentary little box of baked goods. They also offered me to come back with my mom during mealtime and sample the food and everything. The place was very clean. They have a little courtyard area with some outdoor seating and things like that.

We chose Eagleview Landing for my father-in-law, and he has moved in. It stood out to me as the best place for him, because they had bright windows, it was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was very good compared to some of the other places around here. They have the typical calendars each week with different activities that they have going on. They also have a gym downstairs that can be used by the memory care people. If their family comes, or if they're going to do PT or speech therapy, they can go out and use that. They also have a library with a fireplace, and fireplaces in several places where again, you can take your loved one and use any part of the facility. They also go on outings with the activities director. They have live music once a week, they come to the memory care unit.

I really liked everything about Eagleview Landing. I like the outdoor access to a little park nearby, the nice rooms, and the nice facility overall. The person who gave me the tour was very thorough, and I like the availability of the activities throughout the building. There's a courtyard, and I like the gym activities.

Eagleview Landing is excellent. All the resources are there in one spot, like doctors, dentists, and mental health professionals. The facility is clean, up to date, and very attractive. My dad's unit is clean and up to date, too, as well as spacious for what he needs. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and accommodating on questions, especially the relatives from out of state, like myself.

Eagleview Landing was new. They had all the amenities that you would ever expect and it looked immaculate. However, they're not amenable to higher levels of personal care. They led us to believe they would accept my mom, and when they did the assessment, we got another story, but it was the most impressive facility we saw.

My mother moved to Eagleview Landing in Exton a month ago, she's in memory care. The place is very spacious, it's new, in a good location and nice outdoors. The staff is very responsive and attentive. The food is quite good too. The room is unfurnished so we picked the furniture to customize it and brought things to hang on the wall. They have a library, a little workout area, a movie theater, and a table outside. I think the staff was just a little disorganized in the beginning but now they're alright.

My mother moved into Eagleview Landing. It's a new building, and it has a very nice appearance. It was important to my mom that it be very up to date and well decorated. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and new. Also, the residents there have not yet aged in place, so it's a rather young-looking crowd. (My mom also still thinks of herself as young.) Most residents are probably younger than she is, so that was important to her as well. The staff is very caring. Their activities are a little lacking right now, but it's really a nice-looking setting. Compared to the other places that I've looked at, it's very much a value for the money. There are stores nearby, which is important to my mom, and it's centrally located for both my sister and me. So it was a good choice for us.

I got to see Eagleview Landing. They were open during my visit, but it was during the lockdown so I didn't get to see everything. The staff was excellent, the activities were all closed because of COVID, but it all sounded great.

Eagleview Landing was beautiful, clean, and in a wonderful location. They had wonderful amenities. It looked like it was really set up to kind of be like a nice hotel. It's only $1000 for a second person who wanted to stay with the person. That was a nice amenity as well. Memory care was nicely laid out. It's nice to have the locked medication inside the unit, and they were spacious.
