"Villa St. Joseph is a wonderful place. My family member has been there for 4 years along with other family members for rehab services. For the Residents they provide quality care. The music program is amazing and enjoyed by both residents and families watching their performances. Crafts are also a bonus feature that the Residents look forward to. I can't say enough nice things about Villa St. Joe in Baden. "

"I visited St. Barnabas (The Village at St. Barnabas). One of the good things is they have all levels of care. Some of the buildings were very beautiful with nice apartments. The people that we spoke with were very generous with their time in showing us around. Their apartments in the newer building were very nice and big. The community seemed like it was very well maintained. The Village at St. Barnabas was very nice, but I don’t think they would have taken my dad. Downstairs, there were restaurants, a post office, bank, and a little shopping mall area, which was very nice for those who could still get around. "

"I was extremely pleased with the care and therapy at Wexford Healthare Center. They made my mom laugh and made her feel like she was family. She didn't want to go to a nursing home for therapy but in just a few days, she said it was a great decision to help her get stronger. The staff were great! "

"When I visited the facility it was very clean and the staff was friendly. My aunt likes the food, a variety of food choices. Alternative is option if what is scheduled on the menu. Love the activities, and staff. She is very happy living there. There is something going on everyday. "My mom is in Vincentian Home. It's very good, and the services are pretty good. They have cards, games, Bingo, and entertainment. The food is very good, and there's a good variety on the menu."

"My mother is in North Hills Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She's in skilled nursing and will probably just move down to their memory care unit in another few days. They do physical and occupational therapy. I don't have any problems with them. We've only been there a week. They seem to be very caring, and even though it seems like everybody has a lot of duties to do, they still do them with kindness and dignity. The cleanliness is fine. I don't have any problem with it at all. Every day, I see people cleaning and taking care of it. We've just been to the physical therapy room, and they have a nice TV room. Her room is kept up. It's clean. It's a room with two beds and a bathroom, and the bathroom looks like it's kept clean. I don't have any problem so far. The staff has been very helpful. They look like they have all kinds of things to do."

"My mom has been at Kane Ross Nursing Home for about six weeks now. Everything's going well. The facility is very clean, people there are like family so it's good. I gave it a rating of four. If it were a brand new facility, I would have given it a five. It's an old facility but it's clean. We would recommend this place. "

"Masonic Village is a very large community. I've been on a waiting list for almost two years to get an apartment large enough for us. They give preference to their residents. We've eaten there, and the food is excellent. It suited our needs because there were a number of activities right there. There were trips to go grocery shopping, and they make an effort to accommodate the places you are interested in going, too. The grounds were lovely, and you feel good when you're there because you can walk around. They had a fabulous swimming pool, which was one of our needs. "

"My mom is at Providence Care Center since October 26th. Providence is wonderful. They're wonderful. They took excellent care of my dad and they're taking excellent care of my mom. The staff members are great. I can't go in because of Covid, but they're great. They're very responsive when I call, they answer my questions, and they're very helpful. They're accommodating to her gluten-free, so there was no problem with the food. It's an old hospital and it's not fancy, but that's not what matters. What matters is the care and the concern of the staff. They definitely care and are concerned. When we were going to see my dad, it was always clean. They called us in as a family, we were there for five straight days while he was in the process of passing. It was so clean, like you think maybe they let things go when families weren't allowed in, but it was still clean, so I'm impressed. It's expensive, but I feel my mother is getting the care that she needs, so I'd say it's good and it's appropriate."

"The Nurses, Nurse Aides, and the Therapy team are all very friendly, compassionate, and helpful. They are always there to help in any way that they can be of assistance. They all truly want you to get better than ever. I have been to other homes before, and this has been far and away the best place. I got a feeling of being in a hotel. It was glamourous, and had a luxury feel to it. The food is tasty there as well. Well done Brighton! "

"My grandmother was very happy at this home. The room was well furnished. She praised the nursing staff anytime we asked her about it. The outside area was very beautiful, including a large pond and fountain with a wheelchair accessible swing and viewing area. There was also a nice gazebo to relax in. The other residents were mostly pretty far gone, and couldn't communicate well. However, the home realized this and put my grandmother with another nice lady who was not. My grandmother also did physical therapy there for her leg. They seemed to go at a pace that was conducive to getting better, and not pushing people too hard. My dad like it so much he said he would have no problem being there when he got old! He is a fan of ponds. "
