"Holly Hill is a family-owned and operated facility that provides assisted living, skilled nursing care, physical therapy, etc. It is a beautiful facility in the country yet near major hospitals and other medical providers. The staff are always loving, caring and understanding of the residents and extremely helpful and supportive to the residents' families. My Dad received excellent care there for the last few years of his life when he was unable to live independently, and I was so happy to have found such a wonderful and caring place for him to live. "

"The staff at concord village rehab is awesome! I have to give a shout out to Andrea in social services who was amazing helping me with mom’s concerns. She was so attentive and quickly called me back and resolved the concern. Andrea clearly knows her job well! It’s reassuring that mom is in good hands with Andrea and the rest of the staff at concord village rehab and skilled nursing."

"I have had 3 relatives at Blossom Hill Care Center withing the last 10 years. The quality of care is exceptional! The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is positive, encouraging and compassionate with little turnover. I have gotten to know them and how deeply they care about their patients whether short term rehab or long term care. The nurses and doctors are very diligent and responsive in their care! It is truly a family atmosphere where you really feel welcome! "

"Food was always good at this facility. They were nice to families too. Out all the homes in the area this one was better than the rest. Don’t go to the fancy homes around, go to the one where they care the most!"

"My dad was admitted here after major surgery in Nov 2013. I cannot say enough how wonderful the nursing staff, physical therapy team and the administration are at this facility! The nurses and staff provide such personalized treatment and are always so helpful, attentive and go far from the what is expected of them to help and heal. The facility is such a friendly, clean, welcoming place and I have never worried for a moment that my dad is not getting the care he needs and deserves. It gives my family great comfort to know that at any time we can call and get in touch with the nursing staff and they are more than willing to answer all our many questions and give us an update on his progress and condition. I highly recommend this nursing facility for those looking for outstanding care for their loved ones! "

"My sister-in-law was in this facility at the end of her life and overall we were very pleased with her care. So pleased that 2 years later we volunteer to entertain the patent every other month or so. I am actually at the facility now and it is spotless, no bad odor and staff are up and about. We hope we won't need its services but if we ever did, we would use Altercar of Mentor again Why four stars? We'll when a loved one is sick, staff can ALWAYS be faster and meals can ALWAYS be tastier. "

"Most staff friendly, generally clean. Some poor experiences with 1-2 of the aides that were providing care (slow to take relative to the bathroom when needed). "

"Had a loved one in this facility a few years back and it was a very nice place... But now A very mixed bag. Some staff are attentive and do the work while others do not. Don't count on the social workers to give you the information you need. One was really good and the other not so much. Evening assistance is poor at best. Even if a superior tells you that something will be done... Don't count on it, keep an eye on things. I do not think the right hand knows what the left hand is doing!!!"

"Mentor Way Nursing & Rehab Center wasn't real modern, but I got good care there. The food was mediocre. The physical therapy department was excellent. They kept it pretty clean. I was satisfied."

"My mother has moved into the Embassy of Painesville. So far, it's been great. I haven't had any issues with raising, feeding, or anything like that or even the food. The staff is great. The people that I get, they're awesome. Before I brought her there, she was at another facility, and it was miserable; I couldn't wait to get her out of there. The food is great, it's something I would eat. She gets really good food. The staff that works in her hall are great. The facility needs to be cleaned a little bit more. We chose it because it's closer to my home and going out to the other place every day was getting to me. It's closer and I could go see her more often."

"The residents are never neglected. The staff is very friendly.My sister's room is small, but she is out of the room most of the day.She is doing well on this floor.She enjoys doing crafts.They have a beautician come in to do her hair."

"I would recommend Homestead II to anybody. The whole experience for my husband and myself was wonderful. The staff was very caring and kind-hearted. Everybody from the office staff down to the kitchen staff was just so helpful and I felt comfortable with everything they did. If I was visiting my husband during mealtime, they always provided me a tray and it was always good. It was really good. The dietitians were up on things on what kind of food the patients needed. I thought the food was terrific. The building itself is really old. It's not in disrepair. It's just that it's an older building, so you would have to expect that it's not going to be bright, shiny new. They keep the patients very busy. The patients love Bingo. There was a library. They had an area in front of the nurse's station with a big TV. So, a lot of patients like to do that."

"My grandma stayed here for over 100 days. She was well-treated and attended therapy daily. Management really cares about the residents here! My grandma loved the food and the social interactions she had during activity time. She never once complained about the food, nor did her belongings ever go missing. "
