"My brother moved to Madison Healthcare. His room is average and the upkeep is good. I like that there's a doctor on staff, a physical therapist is there on staff, and a psychiatrist on staff. The vision and dental can come in to assist, so that was a plus compared to where he was. My brother is getting physical therapy. He has severe dementia and he's not very active but they have crafts and games. They were playing cards yesterday when I was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He's 30 minutes away, so I only get to visit on the weekends. But I called several times during the day, and they were always informative, giving me step by step about his day. If he had any episodes, aggressiveness, or anything like that, they are very transparent with how his care is going. The building has a little bit of wear and tear, but it's nothing that is concerning, just a little bit of paint would help."

"I have a family member there now, The rooms are always clean and staff does an amazing job of taking care of him. The food has greatly improved recently where he has stated that he wishes I could cook like that for him. I will say that it seems like this place is starting to turn things around and i for one am looking forward to the continued care of my family member. "We chose Rolling Fields for my husband. It's good so far, the staff is good, he hasn't been there too long, and I haven't had any issues or anything. It's a very small community, it's sort of in a country setting, and it's very pretty there. He's able to be up and around, they have a courtyard where they can go outside, so he likes that, I know."

"I would recommend Homestead II to anybody. The whole experience for my husband and myself was wonderful. The staff was very caring and kind-hearted. Everybody from the office staff down to the kitchen staff was just so helpful and I felt comfortable with everything they did. If I was visiting my husband during mealtime, they always provided me a tray and it was always good. It was really good. The dietitians were up on things on what kind of food the patients needed. I thought the food was terrific. The building itself is really old. It's not in disrepair. It's just that it's an older building, so you would have to expect that it's not going to be bright, shiny new. They keep the patients very busy. The patients love Bingo. There was a library. They had an area in front of the nurse's station with a big TV. So, a lot of patients like to do that."

"I have had 3 relatives at Blossom Hill Care Center withing the last 10 years. The quality of care is exceptional! The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is positive, encouraging and compassionate with little turnover. I have gotten to know them and how deeply they care about their patients whether short term rehab or long term care. The nurses and doctors are very diligent and responsive in their care! It is truly a family atmosphere where you really feel welcome! "

"The staff at concord village rehab is awesome! I have to give a shout out to Andrea in social services who was amazing helping me with mom’s concerns. She was so attentive and quickly called me back and resolved the concern. Andrea clearly knows her job well! It’s reassuring that mom is in good hands with Andrea and the rest of the staff at concord village rehab and skilled nursing."

"My mother has moved into the Embassy of Painesville. So far, it's been great. I haven't had any issues with raising, feeding, or anything like that or even the food. The staff is great. The people that I get, they're awesome. Before I brought her there, she was at another facility, and it was miserable; I couldn't wait to get her out of there. The food is great, it's something I would eat. She gets really good food. The staff that works in her hall are great. The facility needs to be cleaned a little bit more. We chose it because it's closer to my home and going out to the other place every day was getting to me. It's closer and I could go see her more often."

"I just moved my mom into Mapleview and I have been nothing but impressed. She is so well taken care of and the staff has been so communicative. Kelly is the highlight of the admissions process as she makes the transition so easy. "My mom is in Chardon Healthcare Center right now for rehab. They have a very good physical therapy and occupational therapy department. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. They were consistent the whole time that she was there, and helped train me for her to go home so that I could care for her home. The food was good and the care was to be expected. They were shorthanded so it would take the aides a little longer to help her with going to the bathroom and things. But it's shorthanded everywhere, that's the norm now. Medicare paid for it, but to stay there for long would cost $9,000 a month. They had a lobby area and a sitting area where they serve coffee to the residents and visitors."

"Mentor Way Nursing & Rehab Center wasn't real modern, but I got good care there. The food was mediocre. The physical therapy department was excellent. They kept it pretty clean. I was satisfied."
