My brother moved to Madison Healthcare. His room is average and the upkeep is good. I like that there's a doctor on staff, a physical therapist is there on staff, and a psychiatrist on staff. The vision and dental can come in to assist, so that was a plus compared to where he was. My brother is getting physical therapy. He has severe dementia and he's not very active but they have crafts and games. They were playing cards yesterday when I was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He's 30 minutes away, so I only get to visit on the weekends. But I called several times during the day, and they were always informative, giving me step by step about his day. If he had any episodes, aggressiveness, or anything like that, they are very transparent with how his care is going. The building has a little bit of wear and tear, but it's nothing that is concerning, just a little bit of paint would help.

My aunt is very happy here, nursing homes have taken a big hit during covid, and this facility kept my aunt healthy and safe. The family is close and able to visit. The staff are kind and accommodating.

Filthy, Discusting, Horrible. Wouldn't put my Dog there. Overcrowded, understaffed and the best it stunk like Pee everywhere. Tile hallways between the locked downs is cleaner. The outside is beautiful. STAY AWAY!
