My father is staying at Concord Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation. I can't get in there because of COVID. The only thing I can say is they have great communication with the families. The staff will call us and let us know what's going on. My dad said the food is terrible, but other than that I don't know anything else. It's a new facility, so it's beautiful. The surroundings are nice. Right now, he's still in the rehab level, but he will be going to nursing care. He is bedridden right now, so he's not partaking in any activities.

While my mother was here, she was not given showers, proper care of a wound, not toileted, even during an emergence no help came to assist the family. While there two night staff people walked off the job leaving three wings of patients without care. When we asked for help it would take over 30 minutes for any staff member to come in the room. I asked to speak to someone in charge and the person in charge said they only did hiring. No medication was given, I am very disappointed, with Concord Village, also in the care my mother needed, but did not receive.

Administration is terrible . Social worker did not call the correct people for the care coordinator meeting and then stated the family was given the one and only meeting that they provide. They stated that it is not their policy to keep the family updated with changes in the patients health. Physical Therapy is a joke. After almost 3 weeks they have the patient doing leg lifts with the good leg. Little to no attempt by the staff to have patient doing any therapy that will help with every day living. Transferred to a facility that actually cares about the progress and well being of the patients

Well, the nursing staff and aides were great...that is the only good thing. Many times I had to wait for someone to let me in. I had to ask multiple times to for my moms bedding to be changed as she is non verbal. The worst part is they wanted my mom out and did not follow any of the correct procedures (a cut letter was thrown on a table we were told...this was supposed to be handed to so we could sign) so I filed a appeal which was denied so I find another appeal... one of the "social workers called yelling at me for filing an 2nd appeal and when I tried to talk screamed that I had to be quiet and listen to her going on about money and we would have to pay(I hung up) it was all about money at this point. The Administrator was asked to call me but never did and I was told the 2 social workers ran to her office right after the phone call to tell their lies and cover their butts...what they didn't know is I had the call on speaker and the girl in the next office heard it all...she couldn't believe I was talked to like that We took my mom home 2 days later.
