I visited this facility

The rooms at Blossom Hill Health Care Residence were mostly double-occupancy and there were also single-occupancies. They're not nearly as big as the room in my mother's current community. The staff member was good, they answered all my questions, and they were very helpful. My mom could probably go there if she declines. They have physical therapy, and other activities for the residents. They have amenities like a spacious grounds and walking paths.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother was moved to Blossom Hill for her last days. She was cared for by the staff with an incredible amount of compassion. The staff was so good to her and my dad. They were very personal and understanding. We were so glad she was there and we were able to be with her to the end while she was being cared for with such professionalism. Thanks Blossom.

Blossom Hill Care Center is serving its purpose right now. It is family-operated and large. The rooms are fine, and the staff is accommodating and very friendly. This place has pretty good staffing 90% of the time. It has lots of activities, and their activities staff is very good. They are now starting a small program for the dementia residents who actually don't do well in large group environments.

I am a friend or relative of resident

I have had 3 relatives at Blossom Hill Care Center withing the last 10 years. The quality of care is exceptional! The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is positive, encouraging and compassionate with little turnover. I have gotten to know them and how deeply they care about their patients whether short term rehab or long term care. The nurses and doctors are very diligent and responsive in their care! It is truly a family atmosphere where you really feel welcome!

I am a friend or relative of a resident

The staff was very nice to my grandmother. The facility was clean although smelled like urine, unfortuately. They had a few activities for her to participate in. She had a nice room perfect size for her with her own bathroom. She was able to take her meals in the dining room or eat in her room which ever she preferred that day. She was also able to go with others on trips shopping and even to shows. She enjoyed this very much. My grandmother liked to cook, so they even had an area were she could cook somrthing if she wanted. She did not do this often as it tired her out, but it gave her the sense of freedom. Blossom hill also had a nice area for her to use if she had a lot of guests. We were able to celebrate her birthday there with a lot of family members. When she was no longer able to take care of herself in any capacity, she was moved to the nursing home division side, where she was well cared for.
