"My mom was at Pomona Vista Care Center. She was fine with it, she didn't have to complain. They did the physical therapy. It was clean. Everybody was great. The staff was great. They're great at making sure the appointments are made prior to being discharged with the primary doctor, with whatever specialist that she needed to see, and also make sure my mom had the necessary programs available when she was being discharged. It's an older building, but it's clean and well-maintained. The middle area is open. They have tents there where you can sit outside, and they have a mister, which is great because it's hot out here in California. With that mister, we were able to enjoy a nice little outing outside with family. That's something I've never seen, which is great."

"We chose Park Avenue Healthcare & Wellness Center because this is the place that suited my father the most out of all of the facilities he's been in. He's been there a couple of months. They take care of him very well, the staff treats them very well. They feed him and he's doing good and not gaining any more weight. They have different activities like board games and different things they do for the seniors. It's also located near everything."

"I am currently a patient. Staff attentive and nice. Show concern and care. Hospital like but again attentive with midnight shift a little iffy. Don't talk or eat their food but we do well in communication."

"My mother-in-law was Country Villa of Claremont before she passed away. It was recommended by her doctors and it was close to home. We spent as much time with her as possible because we didn't know how much time we had. The staff was always very considerate and caring, and always offered us things. The atmosphere was very homey and caring. The faciility had 2 large patios with tables and umbrellas for the residents and their families to use. It also had a far side room where you could always have private time away from other things. It had a big table, a TV, and a fireplace. They also had a multi-purpose room where they had activities everyday for residents. My mother-in-law was in a shared a room. The first room we were in didn't work out because ours was extra small and the other person's was extra large. When they moved us to a different room, it was more equally divided and was a much nicer room. It looked out onto the garden. My husband liked the food at this facility. I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the place the most. My mother-in-law said that the facility was beautiful. "

"San Antonio Gardens is very lovely. They have a swimming pool and a gym. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It is very attractive, and it attracts high, intelligent clientele. It is also very expensive, but it is excellent. "

"Hillcrest was beautiful, and the layout was absolutely gorgeous, but they have an expensive buy-in. It was nice, clean, and modern. They have a friendly staff. They have a one-bedroom and den. It was just beautifully laid out with a dining room, living area, and a kitchenette. It was a washer and dryer, and it has its own balcony as well. They have barbecues, buses, and outings. "

"We’ve often heard how good the care is at Claremont Manor but they were always full. This past summer, when our mother again needed assistance, Claremont Manor had an opening and we jumped at the opportunity. Everything we had heard about Claremont Manor was true. It’s a very safe and welcoming environment. The management, staff and care team are accommodating, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The communication was informative and very thorough. The physical therapy team was helpful and patient. We are so thankful to have chosen Claremont Manor."

"My husband was at Pilgrim Place Health Services Center. It had occupational therapy and physical therapy. They had activities there. It's really a good skilled nursing facility. They have a huge assisted living facility there for seniors. It took a while to get his medicine figured out. He has Parkinson's, so it's very specific, like he has to have his medicine six times a day, and the medicine people are just used to three times a day, so it kind of threw them off. Sometimes, he didn't get his medicine on time. That was probably the biggest complaint, but everything else was good. The food was good. He loved his physical therapy. He liked the activities. It's clean. It feels like a home, even though it's skilled nursing. It's nicely designed with artwork, and the staff is great. The nurses are great. It's a great place. They had art, movies, singing, and exercise. They had a lot of activities. They have a courtyard. When you first walk into Pilgrim Place, there's a huge patio to sit outside. They have a nice room for family, like a big dining room for people to come visit. They have another room for church. Medicare paid for it."

"D___, Dietary supervisor worked with me to make my diet restrictions work into palatable meals (renal & diabetic). She was xlnt. Egg salad was always great. Some very good CNAS & LVNS. 1 or 2 good Rns. Kind staff if not always timely. Had to wait sometimes for diaper changes, which i hated, but i was i was out of them quickly to go to the bathroom. Showers 2x wk. They manage you much better if you are less than 200 lbs. My roommate was 300+ lbs and sometimrs she was passed by for care; she never got a shower in the 20 days i was there.overall, administrator listened to my concerns re her care and made immediate changes. The ot and pt staff were diligent and very good. i feel that if rehab services are needed again, i wiuld return to Clareont Care Center. "

"We have lived here for ten years. It is an "intentional community," which means that we strive to know each other, to help each other when needed, and to serve our community and our world. We wouldn't live any other place. "

"My mom stayed at Casa Bonita Convalescent. She was around more sick people and it was kind of scary for her. She had a sharp mind at the time. I have nothing bad to say about them because they did all they could. The staff was OK, and there weren't any problems. They keep busy and it's not like they would help you right away. They have a routine to follow, otherwise they'd spend too much time on one patient. The management staff was really nice and helpful though. My mom's room was decent and she had her own bathroom. It was pretty good-sized, comfortable, and had a window. She went to therapy, gave her baths, and did a perm and haircut for her as needed, which she was happy about."

"I love this facility, ALL the staff is so loving and caring, it is a small facility so they are able to provide excellent one on one help. It is very clean also. I'm so glad my mom is there. "

"Right now, my mom is at Inland Christian Home. The assisted living there is really expensive, and I don't think they take Medicare. But my mom's in the skilled nursing and she has medical, so they pay for that. They have group activities. The layout is like two person per room and it's clean. I went in the room a couple of times and it's very clean. They kept it clean, which is really nice, and the people are really friendly. Right now, because of the COVID thing, they are really careful. You have to have your vaccination, the booster, and the rapid test to see them, which I totally understand. I know they have bingo. It's also a Christian home so they do devotion and Bible study. They also have games, but I can't remember what kind of games. They have different games on different days. If they want to participate the patients can, but they don't have to. It is nice that they keep them busy. The staff are pretty helpful and friendly. The dining area is very clean. My mom is on a strict diet because she's diabetic. The food looks good, and she likes it. Because they're so strict on the policy, sometimes I get annoyed, but I can understand why. To me the assisted living is kind of expensive, but they have nurses 24/7, so I can understand that. But to me, it could be lower."
