My mom is in a memory care unit at the Haven in Highland Creek. She has been there for a couple of months now. I like that there is always somebody around who can answer questions and help. As far as the staff's medical level is concerned, it is fairly low. They're more caregivers. They're not top-notch like I would see, but maybe that's typical of those types of places. We ate with my mom not too long ago, and the food was good. I thought it was a little salty, though. The place is very nice. It's freshly painted and clean. I think it is good value for money. In the memory care section, I didn't see any activities, though.
