My husband has moved into Preston House. It's a good place. I like the number of residents in each building and the layout of each building. His room is a private room on the end of the hallway, and it's decent enough. He says the food is good and he is eating. The dining area is sufficient for the number of people. The upkeep and maintenance are good. The staff is good.

We toured Preston House. It's all memory care and the people were very nice. We went to their spring fling and everybody was very attentive, and it was just good. We liked them and my husband enjoyed their spring fling. The staff was very nice and good. The food was a buffet style and it was good. He enjoyed it.

I didn't like Preston House. I didn't like their set-up, and the people there didn't in any way engage with me or try to be friendly. I just didn't like it at all. The rooms were very small. The place looked clean. Their dining area was fine. They had an outdoor space, which was nice.

I visited this facility when attempting to find placement for a loved one. The facility and rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and very loving towards myself and the residents. Everyone that I had contact with went above and beyond anything that I was ever expecting. Candice was exceptional. Never have I seen anyone work so hard for the good of a potential resident. I would definitely recommend Preston House for someone looking for a place for a loved one.

Mom is doing fine at Preston House. They've adjusted to her and I think they did a good job with her. I'm very happy with them right now. Everything we've asked them to do, they have done it. So, the care seems to be good and she seems to be happy there, too, which is very important to us. All the people are not just nice, but they also seem to know what they're doing. My daughter has tried the food and she says it is good. They have a patio and a little fenced-in yard where the residents can go out there, but somebody has to be with them.

Preston House is clean and professional. The staff was very caring and very professional. We know that our parents will be in good hands. The rooms were functional, clean, and up to date. It's an older facility, but they just got new floors.

My tour experience at Preston House was very, very positive. I think it would be the perfect location for my mother in terms of its proximity to my home. I like the resident-medical staff ratios. I think that was a very good selling point for me. The low turnover rate of their staff was great. The staff was excellent, very patient, very thorough, and pleasant to speak with. I left there feeling very good. The facility was very clean. It was laid out so that residents that needed to be in view of the staff were always in view of the staff. The rooms were nice, safe, and looked cared for. The low level of activity was very good for people with dementia. They have a safe courtyard with seatings, and it was secure. They were all fenced in, so it was nice and comfortable. There are a couple of outside chairs, and if families want to sit out there with their loved one, they can do that.

Hidden gem! I went to visit my friends grandmother with her at Preston House and was very impressed. All staff I encountered were smiling, warm, friendly and so attentive to the residents. The community is very clean and it was nice to the residents all have private bedrooms. If youre looking for a quaint, caring community for your loved one, this is it.
