My husband is at The Heritage at Legacy. He has moved from assisted living into memory care there, so he's situated there now, and he's doing much better because he's getting a lot more individual attention. It is an excellent facility. They also have a private jacuzzi tub set up for clients. They have a very good ratio of staff to clients. There are only 24 people in their memory support unit. They have four full-time aides, and a director there working with them around the clock, so it's very well staffed. The staff members are very well-trained. They have a new director who is excellent, and she works side-by-side with her staff. She's done a great job of training the staff and supervising them. I think the food is good. It's an older facility, but it is very well-maintained. They have a large activity room, and they do all kinds of activities with the residents. They have bingo, music programs, crafts, card games, and live music. They have parties on Friday afternoons.

My parents will be moving to The Heritage at Legacy. We choose it because of its location. It's near where they live currently so they could keep going to their regular church, and they had the right size apartment at the right time. They were very nice. Everything looked very good. They're doing some renovations on a couple of things, but it looks really nice so far. Everybody was very friendly and very happy. They seemed to have all the amenities that my parents needed, and the apartment was really great. Jackie was wonderful and she was very attentive to my parents, but mostly to them, not to myself, and my siblings who were just there to help. I like that she spoke to my parents because they're the ones that are going to be living there.

I visited The Heritage at Legacy. It's nice. It's a bigger facility than the other one I toured. It had an outside walking facility, and it's locked so we could come and go as we wanted to. They had good food. The staff explained the meals, and they had menus set up that catered to the individual's likes, so the food choices looked very good. It has a couple of different recreation areas for the residents. The staff was very helpful. It's a good place and I'd recommend them.

Please do not send your love ones here. My loved one wound up in the hospital 2 different times for lack of care by the safe. The second one could have easily ended their life. There’s way more I could go into that was horrible about this place, but the hospital visits trump the other issues. Please please please look for a different facility.

We went to The Heritage at Legacy last week. The tour was excellent, and the staff was very good. The facility was beautiful, it's smaller, I think they have like 121 or 161 rooms, it was very clean, very comfortable, has a cozy-type atmosphere, and very nice. They had a little gym and exercise classes, and they had restaurant-style food where you're served at your table. It's not buffet style, which I thought was good, and it's very safe from a COVID perspective. It's two people to a table, and they had a plexiglass in between the residents. They had nice little courtyard areas where you can sit and talk. One room had a fireplace and other rooms had TVs.

My mother is at The Heritage at Legacy. From what I've seen and experienced, they're phenomenal, and really exceptional. We liked the location and the personal touch when we met with them. They did the evaluation on my mom and figured out what level she was at. They had a gift for her. I told them she is into crocheting and they had a basket personalized for her with crochet needles and yarn. They have activities for the residents, and it's been pretty awesome. They have a calendar of what is going on for the week and the day.

We toured The Heritage At Legacy. The unit is a lovely apartment. It is very spacious, and it has washer and dryer. You can cook in the kitchen or you can go down to the dining room. The staff members are very nice, very friendly, and very helpful. The Heritage At Legacy is a nice place but we have to be on the waiting list for the 2-bedroom, 2-bath. Right now, it is probably on top of our list. It is close to some of our children too. The staff member who assisted us was very good. We had lunch there, and the food was also very good. I like that I'm ordering off a menu.

We moved in at The Heritage at Legacy, and it’s wonderful. The rooms are brand new, beautiful, and the dining area was very nice. They have a theatre room and a small exercise room, and they have an activities director and things going on most of the time. The staff was very nice -- excellent. It’s in a great location, they have a very convenient parking, and the apartments were very comfortable and big.

My parents are in The Heritage at Legacy. It is a much newer facility. They have a full staff of medical nurses including registered nurses. Other places did not have any registered nurses. They got good food. They got an actual dietitian there. It is just much better. Their rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are very safe and handicap-accessible. Everything is kept up well. It is very clean. It’s freshly painted and has new carpet. It is just really nice.
