As of 2024 The Heritage House is Hazardous to our health. Many residence have moved out. Right now there is no heat or hot water. There are residence with Mold in thier apartment. No security. Cars Stolen or broken into weekly. Heritage House is now under new Management (Sansone) as of 9/2023 and things are worse. Today 1/15/2024 It's sub zero degrees and and now the pipes have burst. (Second time in 3 years) Please if you love your self or loved ones don't consider this establishment. Horrible communication between residence and building Managers. High turnover of the staff, We've had 4 building mangers in 4 years. I would add more but I think you get the picture. Hertitage House GET IT TOGETHER!!

Heritage House Apartments is a very nice, very spacious, very clean, and very quiet facility. I saw other seniors moving around coming and going when I was there. They have some covered parking and the place seemed to be community orientated.
