I toured Promenade Senior Living. Terry did a good job. She was enthusiastic. The rooms were small. It looked good, and they got a good job keeping it clean. I looked at the dining area, and it looked nice.

Promenade Senior Living was very nice, but it was probably $1500 to $2000 more than the other place. It's a high rise. You walk in and it's beautiful, but it's dark, has an oppressive feeling, and is sterile. The staff was polite. Before I went to the other place, Promenade was my top choice. My interaction with the front desk was minimal, but the lady who did the tour was great.

My mother will do respite care here for the fourth time. I pretty much liked everything about it. The atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door, I just knew it felt homey. I liked the activities that they did and the interaction. She went on the tour with me and they made her feel welcome. I fell in love with the staff. While I was touring, she sat with some of the other residents and she was comfortable there. She ate all her food there. The place was very clean and it smelled clean. It was just like walking in The Hilton.
