My principal moved to Sunrise of Webster Groves. I like the amenities, but the management isn't the most communicative. It has a varied menu, and it's pretty easy to find something to eat. They have lots of activities, and they're good at encouraging him to partake in them, which has been great. The atmosphere here is bright and clean, and the rooms are spacious. It's a nice and comfortable place.

Sunrise of Webster Groves was a great facility. They took us around, but they didn't show us any rooms. It was nice and clean. It felt like home. Every floor has little reading areas or social areas. The front desk staff was very nice. We didn't see anybody else.

I toured Sunrise of Webster Groves. One of the things that was striking is that they have a resident dog. It was a beautiful golden retriever that was very, very gentle. And the staff and the patients interacted with the dog. My son and I petted and talked with the dog. And it's like a mascot there for everybody. They also have a cat in the memory care section. So they added something to the place, it really did. And then also close to the area where we waited, three residents were all playing musical instruments. There was a pianist, a flutist, and a violinist. They just got together to play their instruments, and so we had background music, and it was a very nice atmosphere. The staff said that sometimes they have people who come in and they're independent, and then they can stay there for assistance as well. Their prices for the rent are higher and they would be more like what you would pay for assisted living.

I liked quite a few things the best about Sunrise of Webster Groves. It seemed to have very adequate staffing, friendly staffing, and caring staffing. The residents all seemed happy. I talked to several of them when they invited me in to see their apartment. The place looked happy. It was light. It was open and they had large corridors. They had a lot of seating areas. I just really liked it. When we toured, different residents would come up to whatever staff member was with me needing assistance, and they would very quickly either help them or get someone to help them. They were also very knowledgeable and had a very good attitude. They were very positive. They had a chapel, different prayer services at different times, an art room, and a little gym.

Sunrise of Webster Groves was very nice. It's a very, very nice place. It was very clean. The people seemed very nice. Our biggest concern was the studio they showed us was very small. I'm in a wheelchair, and my husband is using a walker, we have trouble with our house getting back and forth and around each other, so I don't know how that would work. But it was very nice and I liked it. I liked the way it was laid out and things like that. I liked the two-bedroom that they had. Someone was living there, and they used their other bedroom for a living area rather than a bedroom, and that was nice. I like the walk-in shower and the closet in the two-bedroom. There was enough room in there where we could do a lot of storage, so we liked it. The only problem was we were put off by the price because we were rather limited in what we could afford right now. But it was very convenient to where my son lives and things like that. And the people were very, very nice. I like the facility and everything that they had except for the small apartment. Otherwise, I was very pleased with everything. The staff was very good, very nice, very sweet, and very informative.

My mom came to Webster in August 2023. She was not doing so well. After months of good care, she is doing a lot better. One staff member named Toyia has been unbelievable. I watch her with residents and she's like a daughter. I come there everyday to see my mom and Toyia makes us feel like family. Thanks Toyia, you're the best. Wayne

We had an in-person tour of Sunrise of Webster Groves. We liked that they had activities for the seniors to do. At the time, there was a singer there, and they were having a cocktail hour. Even though the residents had memory issues, they were being treated as normal as possible. They were doing some remodeling. The rooms weren't anything that would be luxurious, but they were nice. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. He was very good at what he did. The facility was very clean.

Sunrise of Webster Groves was very nice. They had lots of amenities and many different rooms to visit. It had a bistro, a great room, activity rooms, and a bowling alley in the basement. I didn't see a whole lot of staff. It was a bigger place, so it seemed a little less hands-on. There were a little more people that are not really needing a whole lot of care, but it was the holidays, so people could have been gone, too. The rooms were nicer than the others that I saw. It was homey and friendly.

We went to Sunrise of Webster Groves. If my mother's gonna go into one, that's the one she said she wants to go into. We like the staff. The facilities were great. They took a lot of time to explain everything. My mom is not very keen on this idea in general but the fact that she came out with basically a positive impression certainly says something. The staff during the tour was very kind and very informative. The facility was very nice. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave. They had a courtyard with benches.

I toured Sunrise of Webster Groves, and the person at the front desk was very helpful. She immediately called Cindy who took us all around and showed us the activities, a sample room, and the dining hall. Every staff member that we interacted with was very gracious. The one-bedroom apartment was clean and efficient. It felt a little small, but it had everything that it needed. They showed us the library, the movie theater, and various common areas where people of smaller groups could meet. There's a porch just outside the dining area. On beautiful days, you can take your meal outside and eat. It was quite pleasant.

We toured Sunrise of Webster Groves. They were very friendly and welcoming, I saw lots of activity, and the facility was very clean and welcoming as well. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable, supportive, and very welcoming. They had a nice little second-floor balcony area that was all enclosed. As far as amenities inside, they have everything that you would want in an assisted living facility. They have plenty of community areas with games, a theater room, exercise facilities, a chapel, and salon services. They have a lot to offer.

I toured Sunrise of Webster Groves, and we liked it, because, number one, of where it's located. That's where my brother wanted to be, in the Webster Groves area. The price and accommodations were within his budget, too. So, it met all of his requirements. The place was nice and clean, and the staff seemed to be very accommodating.

We liked Sunrise of Webster Groves. It's a very nice place. We saw a lot more of the residents there than in the other place we visited. They seemed to be enjoying themselves. They had a little better atmosphere. Everything was nice. If we could've afforded it, I think my father would've been happy there. I saw people hanging out, but no specific activity.

I thought Sunrise of Webster Groves was an excellent facility. The young lady that we spoke with, her name was Kylie, was very knowledgeable, very professional, very sensitive, and caring. Their amenities were very, very good. They had several areas where they could have different games, different puzzles, and activities for the residents. They were scheduled, and it seems like the people were enjoying the activities. It's located at the heart of Webster which is a nice area. If you want to go off the premises, there are restaurants, shops and things like that you could go to.

I was really impressed with the gal or the presenter at Sunrise of Webster Groves. They have a beautiful dog, which is so nice. I know my wife would be very happy with that because my oldest daughter is a veterinarian that has two dogs also. Apparently, they have a cat too at the place. They have a total dementia unit on the third floor, which I toured and was impressed. They took me to a studio apartment and a one-bedroom apartment. They were both very large with the two closets and a bathroom. Both of them were very, very good units. They had a balcony out on the side with flowers that they were growing. My wife is a gardener so she loves that. They will keep you occupied during the daytime through classes and other stuff, so she won't just sit in her room. The only drawback was that the price was maybe out of my league. Everybody I talked to was very outgoing, very friendly, and made you feel good. They really wanted to talk to you. The facility was older though. It's not a new unit, but it just seems they had upgrades with pictures on the walls. It was a perfect tour, and I would rate them a 5 on everything they got.

Sunrise of Webster Groves was posh. It's a very nice place. The only thing I didn't care for is they didn't have an outdoor space and the layout of their rooms was a little odd. They did not have a balcony or a patio, and that is just important to my mom. The staff was very nice though and they seemed to know the names of the residents when they encountered them. They have very nice amenities and although COVID makes everything harder, they seem to have a lot of activities available. While we were waiting, one family came and picked up their loved ones, so there's easy access to the family. It's a little bit less expensive and a little less posh, but my mom seemed to be very comfortable there and it's a lovely place. They had artwork that residents made that was nicely displayed. It was just a very pleasant place. Two or three of the residents told us that they enjoyed being there.

My mom is in Sunrise of Webster Groves. I'm very happy with it. The staff has a good attitude. Her room is exactly what we expected, and it's big enough for her. The bed is made, and the place looks right. The food is not like homemade, but it's decent, and she's happy with it. They have a lot of different things, but she was in quarantine for a couple of weeks when she arrived. Now that's she's out, she's just trying to visit, meet her neighbors, and sit by the open windows. They have games that they play, but she's not into that yet.

Sunrise of Webster Groves has been good so far. They've been helpful and they've got a nice big parking area behind the community, which made it easier for me to bring things and load up mom's apartment. She's in assisted living memory care. They have studio, one and two-bedrooms. They have a community dog and cat, covered outdoor patios with screens, free popcorn, church services, music and art, exercise, and movie nights. They take the independent people out of the community to have coffee, and those who are capable play cards. It's the most expensive one we saw, but the people are much better, much more genuine and normal, and caring. Their community dog is happy and active.

Sunrise of Webster Groves was excellent. They had very organized staff, they're well managed, and they had physicians that would visit and see the residents. The management expressed interest in helping people financially and making sure they got the benefits that they were entitled to. They had outings to different venues and they had an in-house staff that does exercise and dance. The dining area looked very clean and well run and the food looked good. They had a separate area for the memory care residents and they had security for them.

My sister was in Sunrise of Webster Groves for a month. It was a very beautiful place that was more for assisted living, but she needed more help than what they could provide. The lift that she needed didn't fit in the bathroom. They had a bedside commode, but she was afraid to get onto it. We were told that they could take care of her, but we can't even get the lift into the bathroom. The staff was very caring, but most of them did not know how to operate the lift. We were told that everyone would know how to operate that, so that was a little disappointing. It was a very nice one-bedroom, but we had to bring our own furniture. They had a microwave and a refrigerator, but she couldn't reach it. They had an exercise room, which she was able to use for a while. The dining room was very nice. A lot of people were in wheelchairs. If you don't have a lot of problems, it was very good, but a little bit expensive.

The nursing coverage is unacceptable on weekends. There is no nurse on site until 3 pm on Saturdays. Pharmacy services lag for days after the prescription. When medication is prescribed on Friday, the patient doesn't get it until it is delivered on Monday. The facilities are beautiful, but the staffing is inconsistent. The nice thing about this property is that there is a variety of apartment sizes and layouts, not just a cookie cutter 550 square foot apartment. Services have become such a problem that we are beginning to look elsewhere.

I visited Provision Living and fell in love with it. I will get my mom on the waiting list there. It didn't look like an old person's place. The director was delightful, answered all of my questions, and told me everything I needed to know about assisted living. He showed us studio apartments and suite types that were all of adequate sizes. They served three meals and had a laundry service, a beauty salon, exercise classes, and a movie theater room.

Provision Living was beautiful, and the people treated us well. They had some additional things that were nice, like a little arcade in the building, which was kind of nice if you have grandkids coming to visit.

I did like Provision Living. It was nice, but we liked the other facility better because there was more room and we are in Jefferson County, not St. Louis. The dining room was very nice and the rooms were more like apartments. The facility was very, very nice and the staff was very nice all the time.

Provision Living is well-kept. The environment seemed to be nice. There's a lot of in-house activities and enough stuff going on in the building to keep mom quite busy. They have scheduled things for the residents to leave and go outside to do different things. She'll have assistance with anything that she decides she wants to do. The room seemed to be fine. I think it's just about enough for what she needs.

It's a very nice place. The staff has been most accommodating at Provision Living at Webster Groves and they are very kind to my mom. She has been there a little over a month and we are still trying to get some things ironed out, but the facility is brand new. It is only about a year and a half. I think it opened on August of 2012. The physical facility is very nice. The room that she has is a studio and it is large which is very nice too. It accommodates her very well. They have a lot of activities which she is trying to participate in. They have a great exercise program. They also have a happy hour every Friday with live music. The food has been very good for her.

I can't imagine a better place than this! It is a very nice facility, with gracious and warm staff. The memory floor has full access to all activities and places that are associated with the assisted living facility. It is in a vibrant neighborhood, where people can go on walks to neighborhood venues. I feel so fortunate to have found this place for my father to live and be cared for.

Provision Living was a very nice place and it was very clean. I thought it was a very good first experience to see what was going on in that kind of community because I wasn't familiar with it at all and they gave me lots of good information. I was impressed. The only problem for my needs for my mother was that they were too far away. They only have studio apartments and we were looking for at least a one-bedroom, and all of theirs were a two bedroom. They're kind of limited in terms of floor plan choices. As far as I can remember, they had an activities room, a small library, and a chapel.

Thanks so much for your kind review! Just to clarify for readers, our Assisted Living Community has 25 studio apartments, 33 1-bedroom apartments, and 3 2-bedroom grand suites. Our Memory Care Neighborhood also has 18 apartments, with studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom shared suites. Not all apartment types are always available, because we have been blessed with very happy residents here in downtown Webster Groves, but there are apartments that become available regularly. Our community relations counselors can take names of people who are interested in a particular apartment style, so we always recommend letting them know what you're looking for.
We certainly wish that our location was more convenient for you, it sounds like otherwise we would have been a great fit for your mother.

We chose Provision Living for my mom because of the location and what they had to offer. The facility was brand new so it had a lot of positive aspects for us. The staff were really friendly and outgoing, I thought it was a really good match. The rooms were very spacious and the one she has was never lived before so it was all clean and nice. The dining room was great and even the food was fine. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

We're disappointed to learn that we didn't meet your expectations. As a new community with a population that has grown rapidly since our opening, it's certainly possible that we gave you the wrong impression. Our staffing schedule is designed to meet the standards set by the State of Missouri for licensed Assisted Living communities, but in the course of any shift our caregivers may be attending to the needs of individual residents and not immediately visible.
If you have more specific concerns that we can address directly, we have a "How are we doing?" button on every page of our website, www.provisionliving.com that will put you in direct contact with our CEO and our VP of Operations. Receiving and responding to your feedback is a critical part of our vision: to create a radiant organization where people are loved, inspired and thriving.
Again, we apologize for not living up to the standard you were expecting, and hope to hear from you soon so that we can work with you to improve the situation.
