I'm at Jefferson Meadows. It is a senior citizen building for 55 and up. It is three-story, and it's quiet and peaceful. We have a gazebo and grills in the back and a place to sit outside if you want. Some of the apartments have balconies, and some of them don't. They have a laundry room on the first floor. They have a big room downstairs, where you can congregate if you want. There is a pool table. On the second floor, they have another big room, where you can congregate or sit and have quiet time. You can do whatever you want in there. The building manager is pretty nice. She's on top of everything. You can always text her or call her if anything happens overnight. She is available for the things that don't require the police, of course. Maintenance is pretty good. It's clean. They don't provide meals. Right now, they don't have any activities. The manager is in the process of getting the activities back in here. The rate for me is good. I know there are different rates for different situations, but they are reasonable.
